Now, Jyotika will be seen in a film produced by Suriya under his production house, 2D Entertainment, for the third time. Titled “Jackpot”, the film has been directed by S.Kalyan.
It is a well known fact that all of Jyotika’s films after her come back after 8 years, like 36 Vayathinile, Naachiyaar, Magalir Mattum, Kaatrin Mozhi have not only been commercially successful but also critically acclaimed. Sources in the know say that “Jackpot” is likely to join the club of blockbuster films.
Sources from the unit say that the shooting of “Jackpot”, has now been completed and post-production is in full swing.
Apart from Jyotika, the film also features actress Revathi, actors Yogi Babu, Anand Raj, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mottai Rajendran and Jagan among others.
Kalyan, who has directed this film, is a man who is widely recognized by the masses as the man behind the hilarious comedy flick Gulebagavali. Like his earlier film, this film too has its base set as slapstick action comedy.
As Jackpot has been produced by Suriya, people believe that it will have a good social message to offer as well.
Anand Kumar has cranked the camera for this film while Vishal Chandrasekar has scored its music. Vijay is the film’s editor. Rajsekar KarpoorasundaraPandian is the co-producer of this film.
