Chef N.Saraswathi Viswanathan
started learning cooking from her parents from her tender age of 12.
From this age Chef N.Saraswathi
Viswanathan used to be with her parents at kitchen for assisting them and also to learn more beside
very good in her studies.
My father late Sri.Narayanan
is my inspiration in my cooking passion. He used to experiment in cooking new varieties
of dishes, and my mother Rugmani is a home
science student and she cooks traditional food items yummily and expert in cooking,
says Chef N.Saraswathy Viswanathan.
And my husband Sri.Viswanathan
and my sons and son's friends supports me a lot in this journey of my passion.
Above all with the grace
of god I reached till here. I dedicate this awards to my father, who always support
me and he is my pillar of my life and passion in cooking.

competition.
She has felicitated with
many Awards and Prizes for her significant contribution in Cooking Arena.

have participated in many cooking competitions and have been interviewed by several
TV Channels like Malayala Manorama, Mathrubhumi, TCV etc...,
Chef N.Saraswathi Viswanathan
is capable to create more than 108 dishes
in one hour for which she was honoured with many awards from various organisations.
Chef N. Saraswathi Viswanathan's
featuresand recipies were published in various
state and national level magazines in India like Vanitha Pachakam,
Aval Vikatan, Grihashoba,
Grihalakshmi etc.
Her recipes were also published
in online by Manorama news online.

is a Record Holder in Universal Achievers
Book of Records and Future Kalam Book of
Records for creating a unique world record of preparing 108 dishes on spot in one hour.
She also obtained Honorary
Doctorate from The Universal Tamil University in record breaking for most dishes
cooked in one hour.
She has also awarded with
Wonder Woman Award by the Geo Foundation of India for cooking skills, Entrepreneur
skills and significant services done to the society.
She was invited to participate
in the Kerala Business Summit 2019, conducted at Kochi, Kerala.
She also won First Prize
in Bake Off cake baking competition conducted by Caico, for making this Palada Pal
Kesari Cake besides first prizes in "The Great Kochi bags show" cake baking
competition conducted by Home Bakers Group in the Signature rustic cakes and the healthy cake category.
She also won prize for
creating Eggless grain gram halwa cake was prepared for signature rustic category
and eggless multi grain tender coconut cake was made for healthy cake category,
Better Butter published an exotic recipe book in 2017.

Valentine Competition conducted by Flavors of Kitchen.

On 21st April, 2019 Chef N.Saraswathi Viswanathan
created a world record for cooking 108 dishes in one hour for Universal Achievers
book of Records and Future Kalam Book of Records.
Their target was 75 dishes.
But Chef N.Saraswathi Viswanathan prepared 108 tasty dishes.
Her elder son Narasimhan
doing his MS in Netherlands and younger son Narayanan, completed his B tech and
helping me in her food business.
Highly Experienced and
well known Chef N.Saraswathi Viswanathan has specially arrived from Kerala to Regenta Central
Deccan and along with our Executive Chef Arun
recreating this Kerala Food festival.
