VR Chennai in association with Blue Cross of India organised 'Adoptathon - November 2019' Sunday 17th November
VR Chennai in association with Blue Cross of India organised Adoptathon November 2019 on Sunday 17th November. The event received a great response from the people having more than a hundred of them coming forward to adopt the kittens & pups. Connecting communities has always been VR Chennai's priority and its with the same aim, VR came forward to facilitate the Adoptathon event at the Farmers market area within the property.
More than 50 homeless and orphaned pups and kittens rescued from the streets of Chennai was available for adoption at this event at VR Chennai. The pups & kittens were between 30 and 50 days old and makes a perfect addition to a family.
Those interested could adopt FOR FREE; and doctors were present at the venue to guide them about diet, care, grooming and medical needs of the young ones.Visitors could also make donations towards the upkeep and care of thousands of other animals currently at Blue Cross of India's hospital-cum-shelter.
