 OnePlus expands offline presence; launches its second Experience Store in Chennai

The state-of-the-art OnePlus Experience Store is located at VR Mall and spans across 3500 sq. ft

Customers can purchase the newly launched OnePlus 8T 5G as well as the OnePlus Nord

OnePlus, the global premium technology brand, opened its second OnePlus Experience in Chennai, thus expanding its retail presence in the city. The launch of the new store is in line with OnePlus’ commitment to strengthen its offline footprint across India and create new retail touchpoints for users to physically engage with the brand on a more intimate level.

The state-of-the-art OnePlus Experience Store is located at the popular VR Mall, Anna Nagar and is spread across 3500 sq. ft. The Experience Store also features the popular OnePlus coffee experience zone offering premium quality beverages to customers. It also houses a service center, making it a one-stop service solution for customers across the city.

In line with its ongoing focus towards the India market, OnePlus has invested INR 100 crores towards deeper market penetration across omni-channel retail business. Chennai is home to one of the fast-growing OnePlus user communities. And customers in the city can now easily access a range of products by the brand, including the newly launched OnePlus 8T 5G as well as the recently launched OnePlus Nord.

The brand currently has over 5000 offline stores with plans to scale up to 8000+ stores over the next year.  It also aims to expand its service center network to 100 cities over the next year.
