VELAMMAL LIVE STREAMED SESSION ON GOOD HEALTH
An exclusive session on 'Good Health' by Dr. Sivaraman, Founder of
Arogya Siddha Hospital was live streamed on 30th November, 2020 at the
Velammal Nexus YouTube channel.
He talked at length on how to control Diabetes and also provided ample information on eating habits and excercises to maintain healthy lifestyle amidst the modern environment and air pollution.
Finally, he stressed on the medicinal effects of traditional food.
