Street Snacc Launch | An Indian food reimagined

Street Snacc Launch | An Indian food reimagined

STREET SNACC, a fast food restaurant situated in egmore opposite Ethiraj college had a successful launch today, 11/02/21.

The owner of Street Snacc, Dr. Kumaran is a professional Drummer / Percussionist / Rhythm Composer in the Indian music industry. He’s a regular feature in live performances and playback works of musical Stalwarts like Yuvan Shankar Raja, Shri Rajhesh Vaidhya, Mani Sharma, Sam C S and many more. He’s also know as a solo artist by entering into the Asia, India and Tamil Nadu Book of records by playing the drums continuously for 50 hours. He was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the World Records University, UK. With after years of traveling around the world for his concerts and trying out different cuisines, it led to the birth of STREET SNACC.

The launch was inaugurated by Dr. Sam Paul and Kalaimamani Rajhesh Vaidhya. STREET SNACC  had their first CSR activity where the guests of honour served the kids  who’ve recovered from their brave fight with AIDS whom were all invited from this association. The restaurant will continue to host more CSR activities quarterly or yearly. The idea behind street snacc’s menu is to reimagine Indian Street Food  and glorify them with their own secret ingredients and Accompaniments.

This will be the first ever approach towards this palette of dishes under a common roof.

The ambience of street snacc is to provide a street style eating experience with the hygiene practice and ambience of a fine-dine restaurant at a economically reasonable price.  Kumaran’s plan is to generate more employment in terms of providing full time and part time jobs with those who are in need of employment and expand his business simultaneously providing more opportunities.
