VELAMMAL'S BASKETBALL TEAM TRIUMPHS
The Basketball boys team of Velammal Main School, Mogappair campus kept
their spirits high by bagging the Gold medal at the Annai Violet
Interschool Basketball Tournament 2021 in the (U-19) boys category, held
at Annai Violet Arts and Science College, Ambattur on 18th February,
2021 and 19th February, 2021.
The boys team emerged victorious among 23 teams in the finals defeating
their opponent from T. A. K. Palaniswami Hr. Sec. School, Royapuram
with a score of 56-36.
Master M. Mithun of Class 9 was announced the best player of the
tournament. This district level event was organised by Annai Violet Arts
and Science College, Ambattur.
The School Management congratulates the achievers on their remarkable feat.
