Some weddings create memories. Some create complete madness. This August, Mythri Movie Makers invites audiences to witness one unforgettable night with Modha Rathiri, a wholesome rural comedy entertainer that is all set for a grand worldwide release on August 21.

Directed by Raja Karuppasamy, Modha Rathiri transforms an ordinary village wedding into an extraordinary rollercoaster of hilarious misunderstandings, unexpected twists and heartwarming emotions. Set entirely over the course of a single night, the film keeps the laughs coming as one surprise leads to another, proving that sometimes life's biggest celebrations arrive wrapped in absolute chaos. Rishikanth, who has been gaining appreciation for his good roles is debuting as hero through this film. After winning laurels and accolades for her outstanding performance in ‘Sirai’ and ‘Youth’, actress Anishma Anilkumar is playing the female lead role in this movie.

The ensemble star-cast of this film includes  Rishikanth, Anishma Anilkumar, Chetan, A. Venkatesh, Bucks, Abdool Lee, Shelly Kishore, Sangeetha Balan, Banupriya, Sumithra Devi L., Varshini Karmegham, Karthikeyan, Velan, and Kowshik Kabilan among others. The technical crew comprises Surendran Paranjothi as cinematographer, Ashok Arjunan as editor, and Bharath Sankar composing the music. Poornima Ramaswamy (Costume Designer), A. Balumahendra (Art Director), and Viyaki (Publicity Designer) are the others int he technical crew.
