*After a spectacular Chennai celebration, Gautham Vasudev Menon’s iconic musical journey continues in Malaysia on October 10*

Following the successful completion of 25 years of filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon’s illustrious journey in cinema, celebrated earlier this year with a grand concert in Chennai, the celebration is now set to travel beyond borders. ‘Ondra Renda – 25 Years of GVM’ will make its way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 10, 2026, bringing together some of the most memorable music, stories and moments associated with GVM’s cinematic universe.

Curated as a musical journey through films, melodies and cherished memories, the concert promises audiences in Kuala Lumpur an immersive celebration of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s 25-year legacy. From soulful melodies and chart-topping numbers to energetic performances and nostalgic moments, ‘Ondra Renda’ is envisioned as a celebration for everyone who has grown up with and loved GVM’s distinctive storytelling and musical world.

The Kuala Lumpur edition will feature an exciting line-up of celebrated singers, including Karthik, Shruti Haasan, Krishh, Blaaze, Saindhavi, Paal Dabba, Sathya Prakash and Haripriya, who will come together to recreate some of the most loved musical moments from GVM’s films.

Adding to the musical experience will be a stellar ensemble of musicians comprising Keba Jeremiah, Lalit Talluri, Manoj Kumar, Keith Peters and Bhuvanesh Narayanan, who will bring their expertise and live energy to the stage.

With the Chennai edition setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration, the team is now looking forward to making the Kuala Lumpur chapter equally special. ‘Ondra Renda – 25 Years of GVM’ promises to take audiences on a nostalgic yet vibrant journey through the filmmaker’s association with music, cinema and the emotions that have remained timeless across generations.

The concert is organised by My Events International in collaboration with Radaan, and conceptualised and created by Oru Oorile Oru Film House and Preethi Srivijayan while BeatRoute is the Creative Promotions Partner.
