The much-awaited title reveal of the Malayalam feature film Thottam premiered on YouTube today, marking one of the most exciting announcements in contemporary Indian cinema.

Written and directed by Rishi Sivakumar, Thottam brings together an unprecedented on-screen collaboration between National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh and action star Antony Varghese (Pepe). This high-octane blend of action, adventure, and drama showcases Keerthy Suresh in a never-before-seen avatar, marking her grand return to Malayalam cinema.

Breaking new ground in action filmmaking, Thottam features groundbreaking stunt choreography by the internationally acclaimed V Action Design Team led by Muhammad Irfan, celebrated for their dynamic work on The Shadow Strays, The Raid franchise, Headshot, The Night Comes for Us, and The Big 4. This collaboration marks a first-of-its-kind milestone in Indian cinema.

The film's musical score is composed by National Award-winner Harshavardhan

Rameshwar, known for his powerful soundtracks in Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh, and Animal.

Cinematography is handled by George C.Williams ISC, the visionary behind Raja Rani, Theri, Kaththi, and Sardar 1 & 2. 

Chaman Chakko, editor of Lokah: Chapter 1 and the National Award-winning film 2018, leads the editing team.

Production design is helmed by Mohandas, National Award winner for 2018 and Empuraan, while Ronex Xavier, recent State Award recipient for Bramayugam, heads the makeup department, bringing his expertise from Kantara 2, Manjummel Boys and ARM.

Costume design is by Praveen Verma (ARM, Kurup), and sound design is supervised by Sync Cinema, the National Award-winning team behind Animal, Vikram, and Coolie. The sound mix is managed by M.R.Rajakrishnan, another National Award winner, celebrated for his work on Animal and Kantara 1 & 2.
