"Psycho” Trailer to be screened with Durbar

The exquisiteness of emotions is always high when a soul imbibes itself to a beautiful melody and such an experience is always phenomenal. The entire world of social media, YouTube and music portals are now dosed with an intensely emotional song ‘Neenga Mudiyuma’ from Mysskin’s “Psycho” composed by none other than Maestro Isaignani Ilayaraja. With the first single track ‘Unna Nenachu’ having its realms in everyone’s playlist, this newly unveiled song crooned by Sid Sriram has become an instant sensation for music lovers.

Producer Arun Mozhi Manickam, Double Meaning Productions says, “I am in a state of frozen astonishment of this musical gem gifted by Isaignani Ilayaraja sir. This track is more than enough to prove the world of music that the season of ‘Isaignani’ will never end and he is beyond ages and years. Personally, I am really spellbound over the symphonic orchestral pieces; especially the ‘violin’ piece has got me addicted. Sid Sriram’s soulful vocalism is more enchanting and I am sure, the visuals are going to make it more emotionally elegant.”

On speaking about the lyrics penned by Kabilan, Arun Mozhi Manickam gets more excited as he mentions his favourite lines as well. “Psycho” as the title suggests is a psychological thriller featuring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Aditi Rao Hydari and Nithya Menen in lead roles with Ram and Singampuli essaying important roles. Scheduled for worldwide release on January 24, 2020, the film is written and directed by Mysskin.

The event of launching the ticket sales for ‘ILAIYARAAJA 75’ happened amidst huge fanfare and crowds at 5th Tamil Nadu International Hot Air Balloon Festival in Mahindra City. All the association and union leaders and representatives along with the office bearers were present for the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Maestro Ilayaraja said, “I am so much humbled by the love and affection you people have for me. I am so much happy to have this occasion of launching the ticket sales with so much grandeur. I thank each and everyone for making it happen in such a grand manner.” 

TFPC President/SIAA Gneral Secretary Vishal said, “When I heard about this occasion, I wasn’t really aware that it would be so much of grandeur. I am spellbound over the grandness and I thank the entire Mahindra City team for giving us an opportunity to be a part of such scenario. Personally, we all felt the need to adore and acclaim a wizard, who has been a a part of our lives, our joy, pains and everything. In fact, his music has been my friend in all situations of my life. Even when I was arrested recently over the issue of TFPC issue, I listens Maestro Ilayaraja sir is the only reason behind it. Whenever I go to foreign countries and everyone asks if I am from Bollywood, I tell them that I come from Tamil industry and the instant name they utter is ILAYARAJA sir. He has been the identity of our entire industry. I feel this is the right time to celebrate his music and I request everyone to come and be part of ILAYARAAJA 75 on February 2 & 3.” 

Later interacting with media and press, he said, “February 2 will have the artistes and technicians from other regional industries gracing over the occasion and February 3 will have the performance of our Isaignani Ilayaraja. Apart from using the funds raised through this event for the well being of producers, Ilayaraja sir has promised to donate a part of royalty fund to Tamil Film Producers Council Trust. We will be soon signing officially on the papers regarding this.”

Tamil Film Producer Council starts full swing preparations for  fund-raising event ISAIYARAJA 75 on February 2 & 3

As in accordance to announcement made before few months, the preparations for grand event of ISAIYARAJA 75 is happening on full fledged process . This is a fund raising event for Tamil Film Producer Council that will be held on February 2 & 3  at YMCA Grounds, Nandanam in Chennai. The occasion will have the performance of Isaignani Ilayaraja followed by few more additional bonanzas. The organising committee of ISAIYARAJA 75 have been personally meeting each and every celebrity in the film fraternity inviting them for the event. It is also worth mentioning that shooting of all movies will stand cancelled on both these days as TFPC wants the entire industry to be a part of this event. It is not just going to be the members of Tamil film industry, but more celebrities from other regional industries will also be present.
