Simplilearn Announces the Launch of Post Graduate Program in
Cyber Security

Simplilearn, a global provider of digital skills and training, today announced its Post Graduate Program in Cyber Security—with modules from MIT Schwarzman College of Computing (MIT SCoC) and EC-Council (ECC). Through this comprehensive six-month program, learners will gain industry-relevant skills to meet the growing demand for jobs in cyber security.

The PG Program in Cyber Security, with modules from MIT SCoC and ECC, leverage Simplilearn’s blended learning model—providing a balance between self-paced, online classes, expert, instructor-led, live virtual classrooms, and interactive labs. The Post Graduate program is designed for professionals with a technology background, around five years of work experience, and the aspiration to build a career in cyber security.

With over 150 hours of learning focused on cyber security, learners will have access to live online classes with industry experts and masterclass sessions with MIT SCoC faculty. The program offers learners hands-on lab interaction and industry-certified Capstone projects in three industries. Upon completion of the program, learners will receive a Post Graduate certificate from Simplilearn, MIT SCoC, and ECC; as well as an executive program certificate from MIT and a certification as an Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from the ECC. Access to the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing Professional Learning Community will also be offered to graduates.

Pine Labs and ZestMoney partner to offer instant credit to customers at point of sale

       Instant credit for new-to-credit customers
       Inaugural offer of 0% interest on the purchase of any product for a three-month tenure scheme

Pine Labs, one of Asia’s leading merchant commerce platforms, today announced a strategic partnership with ZestMoney, the fastest-growing consumer lending fintech in the country. Pine Labs and ZestMoney will provide in-store digital Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) options to customers through Pine Labs’ Plutus and Plutus Smart point of sale (PoS) devices. This offering is targeted at the new-to-credit customers. ZestMoney EMI on Pine Labs devices will be available across 20,000 outlets in 100 cities in the next 12 months.

Speaking about the partnership, Venkat Paruchuri, Chief Product Officer, Pine Labs said, “Our initial focus will be on mobile, consumer durables and IT categories. We hope to extend instant credit facility to additional categories such as apparels and fashion, education, wellness and healthcare, and travel and tourism over time.”

As aninaugural time-bound offer, ZestMoney will provide 0% interest EMIs on the purchase of any product for a three-month tenure.Apart from the inaugural offer, Pine Labs and ZestMoney are also working with manufacturers across mobile, consumer durables and laptop categories to bring EMIs with 3, 6, 9, and 12 months tenure.

This partnership will allow first-time credit seekers who do not have a credit or debit card tomake purchases at offline stores and avail of EMI. Pine Labs’ cloud-based software platform can enable instant credit disbursal using ZestMoney’s creditrisk and disbursement criteria.
