Vijay Antony, one of the Popular heroes of Tamil cinema who recently gave a Hit in ‘Kolaigaran’ also has substantial reach even among Telugu audience. His films are a big hit in Television whenever they are telecast. His film Pichaikkaran holds the top TRP rating in Television viewing. His recent film Thimiru Pudichavan scored viewers impressions (13.11 Million) next only to Darbar and Seemaraja when it was telecast on 14th April 2020.

Vijay Antony is currently busy in acting in three films namely Tamizharasan for Producer FEFSI Shiva, Agni Siragugal for Amma Creations T. Siva and Khaki for Director Senthil Kumar of Open Theatre and Infiniti Film Ventures. All these three films are in various stages of completion and gearing up for release soon.

As Tamil cinema got affected due to Corona lock down from March 2020, the completion and release of these three films were delayed by three months and by the time these film’s release, it may take another three to four months. Considering the loss that will be incurred by these three Producers, with a view to support them to overcome from this situation, Vijay Antony came forward and offered 25% reduction in his salary for these three films. With this support, he is confident the Producers will be able to bring down their overall cost and ensure these three films have a smooth release.

Commenting on this magnanimous gesture, Producer Amma Creations T. Siva stated that, “It is very kind of Vijay Antony to accept salary reduction considering the situation we are in due to the lock down for over 50 days and the further delay expected in releasing the films. We request that all actors and technicians should also come forward and accept reduced salaries so that the overall cost of all the current film producers reduces to tide over the crisis all of us are all facing currently. By accepting this reduction in the agreed salary, Vijay Antony is becoming an example for being a good Producer’s Actor and we wish him all the success in his future films.” Other Two Film Producers have also wholeheartedly welcomed this ‘voluntary salary reduction support’
offered by Vijay Antony.

An electrifying energy power house – The K-Town has always found Arun Vijay inclined to this adjectival syntax. Infested with prowess performance and consistent work schedules, the macho actor has a promising lineup of movies for 2020. While his upcoming film ‘Mafia’, a much anticipated show for this year is gearing up for worldwide release on February 21, 2020, he has almost completed shooting for his other ambitious project titled ‘Agni Siragugal’. Apparently, he has now kick-started the third schedule of ‘Sinam’ from today (January 27, 2020).

Actor Arun Vijay says, “2020 looks very much positive for me and I am not claiming this on my own assumptions, but with lovingness that has sprang up from audiences for my upcoming films. It is indeed pushing me to give more than my usual limits. I am confident that Sinam will be a sure-footed treat for action-thriller genre lovers and it has lots of emotional ingredients as well. Kumaravelan sir is a real genius, when it comes to crafting stories and characters. Apart from these attributes, his clarity about what he wants and rigorous momentum of shooting is keeping us at the right track. We will be soon wrapping up the shooting and will bring up our announcements on teaser, audio and theatrical release date as well.”

R Vijaykumar is producing the film for Movie Slides Pvt Ltd, which is directed by National award winning filmmaker GNR Kumaravelan. With Arun Vijay essaying the role of a cop, Palak Lalwani will be seen as his love interest and Kaali Venkat will play an importnat role. Shabir (Sagaa, Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja fame) is composing music and Gopinath is handling cinematography. Michael (Art), Raja Mohammed (Editor), Madhan Karki, Priyan Eaknath (Lyrics), Pawan (Design) and Silva (Stunts) are the others in technical crew.

Amma creations T  Siva  who had created a special space for himself with his  ever lasting production values is all set to launch his next with Vijay Antony & Arun Vijay as the Hero and Naveen of "Moodar Koodam" games the director. Arun Vijay plays a very important role in this film . Shalini Pandey who made an extra ordinary debut in "Arjun Reddy" plays the heroine. Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, sendraayan and others play formidable roles in this film titled "AGNI SIRAGUGAL ".It is to be noted that the title "Agni siragugal" is well registered in the minds of the Tamil audience as the book authored by the late Dr Abdul Kalam is titled the same.

While K A Batcha dons the mantle of cinematography , Natarajan Sankararan compose the music,and Naveen scripts the story, screen play, dialogue, of the film and direct this action thriller.

"The title"Agni Siragugal"  give us instant energy. The energy that is derived from the man who set the wings on fire. This script was not written having Vijay Antony exclusively into my mind. But once the characterization of the protagonist was formed we believed he was the apt choice. It is indeed a pride  for any director to direct a film for Amma creations. The producer T Siva was  more than willing to offer me whatever i ask for. The stellar star cast and the rich locations in which we are in renting to shoot are the perfect testimonials to this.

Arun Vijay had always impressed me and Iam sure this film will determine his position much stronger. Iam glad to declare that the core team of mine is retained for this film too. This bilingual film which will be shot in Tamil and Telugu will be shot in certain parts of Europe, apart from kolkata and Goa in our country. Intriguing and intense stunt sequences will be shot in Abroad. We are excited enough to start the shooting very soon "conveyed Naveen with his trademark confidence .
