2021ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தேசிய அளவிலான மாணவர்களின் திறனறியும் தேடலின் முதல் நிலை தேர்வில் (என்.டி.எஸ்.இ.) தமிழ்நாடு முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

தேசிய அளவிலான மாணவர்களின் திறனைச் சோதித்தறிய மாநிலக் கல்வி வாரியத்தால் நடத்தப்பட்ட இந்தத் தேர்வில், தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதிலும் இருந்து சுமார் 35000 மாணவர்கள் கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இதன்மூலம் அவர்கள் அனைவரும் அடுத்த நிலைக்குத் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

Master Shree Raghav, Class 10, Velammal Main School campus has made a stupendous achievement by scoring 183 marks and aced as the TOPPER of TAMILNADU in National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2021 clearing Level I exam. 

Around 35000 students across the state appeared for the NTSE Level I exam that was conducted offline by the State Education board to test the aptitude skill of students, making them eligible for the next level.

Miss Dhivya Bharathi D S, Class 10 of Velammal Vidyalaya,  Mel Ayanambakkam   got State 2nd rank in general category and 5 students secured TOP 10 positions with state 2nd, 4th, 5th 6th,7th and 11th ranks in Tamilnadu.

Sixty students of Velammal Nexus Schools, Chennai bagged the credit of being selected in the Stage I of  National Talent Search Examination conducted by NCERT for Secondary School level  to identify and recognize the students with the high intellect and skills to pursue scholarship for the deserving candidates.  The examination is conducted every year at 2 levels: Stage 1 (State level) and Stage 2 (National level).

Students who were selected in the first stage will appear for the second stage of National Level Talent Search Examination to be conducted by NCERT. 

The school management appreciated and congratulated the achievers and staff members on their remarkable feat.
