In the last few weeks, India’s largest music label T-Series has proved that they are unstoppable. Even when there is a nationwide lockdown, they are continuously releasing singles through their YouTube channel. They are utilizing every possible way to entertain the audience by their unique ideas. Two of their latest music videos, Tere Naal and O Jaanwaale were shot at the homes of respective artists and the outcome has been very encouraging.

Along with some romantic songs, they also released a few devotional songs to spread positive energy around us.  After Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (Shekhar Ravjiani) and Satnam Waheguru (Guru Randhawa), the label is now launching their third devotional offering during lockdown, ‘Govind Bolo’, in the soothing voice of Jubin Nautiyal.

Jubin recently gave a sweet gift to every mother through his mother’s day special song Meri Maa. Now, he has collaborated with T-Series once again for ‘Govind Bolo’ in a new style with a vibrant tune. Jubin’s voice and Raaj Aashoo’s composition, along with some fine quality producing-mixing-mastering by Aditya Dev, lend this song a luminosity that will motivate people to hear Govind Bolo on loop.

Sharing about the same Jubin says, “’Govind Bolo’ was altogether a different experience for me. I really want to thank T-Series for Govind Bolo and Meri Maa because both these songs gave me goosebumps while recording it. We are living through trying times and such devotional songs provide you solace, comfort and positive vibes, much needed in the current times.”

He adds, “Since my childhood, we have grown up listening to devotional songs of Gulshanji. Singing a song of this genre for his label T-Series is a matter of pride for me. My family has always admired Gulshanji and T-Series, so even they feel good about this and are proud of me.”

Releasing on 20th May, ‘Govind Bolo’ is sung by Jubin Nautiyal and composed by Raaj Aashoo. The sacred song has music produced, mixed and mastered by Aditya Dev, whereas the lyrics for ‘Govind Bolo’ have been penned by Pankaj Narayan.

The lockdown has been extended again so that we all can fight against the global coronavirus pandemic by staying safe in our homes. And through this trying time, music giant T-Series has made sure to entertain the audience in every way they can.

The music label is consecutively releasing the songs through their YouTube channel. This continuity of T-Series had proved the dedication of their team to keep the smiles on the faces of their audience intact.

After giving hits like Bewafai and Teri Yaari, they are back with their new song O Jaanwaale which is sung Kabir Singh famed Akhil Sachdeva. Akhil’s Tera Ban Jaunga from Kabir Singh was a huge hit and he is back again to give the audience O Jaanwaale. Akhil has collaborated with composer and lyricist Kunaal Vermaa for the first time for this number.

Talking about his collaboration with Kunaal Vermaa, Akhil shares, “I was looking forward to work with Kunaal since many months. He is undoubtedly a brilliant composer and the way he had penned down this song will for surely touch everyone’s soul.”

He further shares, “This collaboration has taught me a lot of things. I have learned that every composer, writer, and singer have their own style and when we collate these different styles, a unique product comes out, that is what O Jaanwaale is.”

O Jaanwaale sung by Akhil Sachdeva!

No stranger to the biggest hit songs, music powerhouse T-Series is all set to present O Jaanwaale, a moving melody about separation and longing by popular singer Akhil Sachdeva, which will in all probability become another chartbuster single.

It was only last year that T-Series artist Akhil was roped in for Kabir Singh’s Tera Ban Jaunga and was also part of their successful Punjabi MixTape  -- Season 1 and 2. After delivering several hits, they have now come together for O Jaanwaale, a song about love and longing, composed by Kunaal Vermaa, with music production and arrangement by Aditya Dev. The song features Akhil and celebrated Bigg Boss 13 contestant Himanshi Khurana in the video.

Says the Humsafar fame singer, “As a musician, it gives me great joy to give people music to hear, feel and heal during the lockdown. It’s one of those melodies where there is a lot of pain and sadness involved. As soon as T-Series sent me a version of the song, I knew at once this song is for me.” 

He adds, “O Jaanwaale is a heart-wrenching song that listeners will relate to. It has great repeat value. Interestingly, everyone involved in the making of this song is in different cities at this point of time. It was definitely challenging to put this together but in the end I think every song has its own destiny and journey. I guess this was meant to be my lockdown release. Both Himanshi and I shot chunks of the footage from our respective smart phones in our respective homes. So we are all super excited to see how it’s turned out.”

Says T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar, “I strongly believe if there’s one thing that can uplift people during this challenging time it has to be music. Akhil lends a certain fragile, wavering quality to the way he renders this song. That takes this song to an altogether new level. The entire team working on this song pulled it through despite being geographically scattered to make this happen. We are extremely proud of their efforts in making this happen.”

T-Series is back with another heart-wrenching number for the audience, O Jaanwaale. The music giant has made sure that they keep entertaining their viewers with a selection of varied songs during this difficult time of the country-wide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The emotional track which talks about love and longing has been sung by Kabir Singh famed singer Akhil Sachdeva and features the gorgeous Bigg Boss 13 famed actress Himanshi Khurana in it.

Himanshi, who is well-known for starring in many top-notch music videos, shares her experience of O Jaanwaale and says, “There is a certain beauty to the single songs like O Jaanwaale. They are a musical tale in itself and to be a part of it is always an interesting experience. 

The song spoke to me when I first heard it because Akhil sir’s voice just emotes that feeling so well. We had a good time shooting it and now, the song has released and people are thoroughly appreciating it. I am so over the moon by this response!

 In a situation like we are in where we have to sit at home, practice social distancing to fight against coronavirus, it warms my heart that I can give something to the audience to bring a smile on their faces, entertain them for a small while.

Akhil Sachdeva and Himanshi Khurana open about shooting O Jaanwaale in their home amidst lockdown!

While the entire nation is quarantined and fighting against the global pandemic of COVID-19, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series is making sure to keep the audience entertained by releasing back-to-back amazing songs. 

After releasing melodies like Teri Yaari starring Millind Gaba, Aparshakti Khurana and King Kaazi and Dhvani Bhanushali’s Jeetenge Hum, T-Series recently collaborated with Akhil Sachdeva and Himanshi Khurana for O Jaanwaale.

The song follows the hardships of a couple in a long-distance relationship who eventually drift apart, the song was shot by the Akhil and Himanshi in their homes only, due to the quarantine period.

Talking about the experience of shooting for the song in his own house, Kabir Singh fame Akhil Sachdeva shared, “Every song that I have sung till date holds a special place in my heart, but shooting for this one in my own house was a memorable experience. Using limited resources and shooting for O Jaanwaale was a pretty big deal as our video shooting skills versus what the professional cinematographers' capture is pretty huge.”

Talking about the same Himanshi opened up, “I was ecstatic to know that I’ll be starring in O Jaanwaale alongside Akhil and shooting for the song that to from my house was a completely different experience. Never had I thought that I would be able to show my skills and garner the attention and love from my fans while being in  lockdown but T-Series made that possible. I’m glad that they are taking up initiatives to entertain their audience the best they can in this time of quarantine.”
