Dr Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, Managing Director and CEO, Fortis Healthcare shared, “Women play a stellar role both at work and home. At Fortis Healthcare, women account for around 60% of the workforce and play an integral role in the success of the organization, as clinicians, healthcare workers, frontline staff, and others. Women’s health has always been a priority us and todays gesture of providing free vaccination to women was an expression of our gratitude. We wish every woman in India success and good health on International Women’s Day”.
Sharing her experience, daughter of a 66-year-old senior citizen said, “This is a great initiative undertaken by Fortis Healthcare to provide free vaccinations to women across India on the occasion of International Women’s Day. I urge everyone to get themselves vaccinated. My mother is elderly and a patient of rheumatoid arthritis, often in pain with frozen shoulders. The hospital staff was empathetic of her condition and the vaccination process was smooth and efficient. Every woman sitting in the room was filled with positivity and warmth”.
