பப்ஜிங்குற கதாபாத்திரத்தில் மொட்டை ராஜேந்திரன் க்ரைம் ப்ரான்ச் ஆபிஸராக நடிக்கிறார். ஜூலியும் தாதாகதிர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார்கள். படத்தோட கதையை பற்றி இயக்குனர் கூறுகையில், “பப்ஜி கேம் மாதிரி அஞ்சு பேரு ஒரு கேம் விளையாடுறார்கள். ஜெயிச்சவங்களுக்கு ஒரு பரிசு காத்திருக்கு .  அது  (happy ending) அவர்களுக்கு என்ன நடக்கிறது,  தான் படம் திரையில நடிக்காம  ஒதுங்கி இருந்த சிறந்த பழைய நடிகர்களை  நடிக்க வைக்கவும் வாய்ப்பிருக்கிறது இவர் ஏற்கெனவே  87 வயது சாருஹாசன் மற்றும்  ஐனகராஜ் அவர்களையும்
 நடிக்க வைத்தார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது .மேலும் சினிமாவில் நடிக்காமல் ஒதுங்கி இருந்த  நடிகர் அம்சவர்தனை வைத்து  பீட்ரு என்ற படம் இயக்கிவருகிறார் அதனை தொடர்ந்து தற்சமயம்  பப்ஜியை இயக்குகிறார்.

 கிருத்திகா புரொடக்ஷன் தயாரிப்பில் உருவாகி வரும் படம் கன்னித்தீவு. த்ரிஷா நடிப்பில் கர்ஜனை திரைப்படத்தை முடிந்த கையோடு இயக்குனர் சுந்தர் பாலு கன்னித்தீவு படத்தை இயக்கி வருகிறார்.

இதில் வரலட்சுமி, சுபிக்‌ஷா, ஐஸ்வர்யா தத்தா, ஆஷ்னா சவேரி, மொட்டை ராஜேந்திரன், சூப்பர் சுப்பராயன், சர்மிளா ஆகியோர் நடித்து வருகிறார்கள். இவர்களுடன் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் பிரபல நடிகர் நடிக்க இருக்கிறார்.

இப்படத்தின் முதற்கட்ட படப்பிடிப்பு முடிந்த நிலையில், அடுத்த கட்ட படப்பிடிப்பு கேரள மாநிலத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. மிக பிரமாண்டமான லேக்கில் 9 அடி நீளமான முதலையுடன் வரலட்சுமி, சுபிக்ஷா, ஐஸ்வர்யா தத்தா, ஆஷ்னா சவேரி ஆகிய நான்கு கதாநாயகிகளுடன் மொட்டை ராஜேந்திரன் இணைந்து முதலையுடன் மோதுகின்றனர்.

இந்திய சினிமாவில் இதுவரை கண்டிராத வகையில் உருவாகும் முதலையுடன் சண்டை காட்சி, படத்தின் பிற்பகுதியில் வரும் என்று இயக்குனர் சுந்தர் பாலு தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இந்த சண்டை காட்சியை ஸ்டண்ட் சிவா எடுத்து வருகிறார்.

Mahat Raghavendra and Aishwarya Dutta, the ultimate show stealers of Bigg Boss 2 show are on the spree of being signed up for more projects. Significantly, the news about both of them sharing the screen space together had created instantaneous ways of attraction. Especially, with the film set against urban backdrops of a Rom-Com, it added up more charms indeed. With the film launched before a month and shoot happening on full swing, the film is now titled as ‘Kettavanu Per Edutha Nallavanda’, which was unveiled by Mahat Raghavendra last evening on a popular satellite TV show. 

Much relevant to the title that is inspired from one of famous songs from STR’s yesteryear hit movie, Mahat Raghavendra will be playing a hardcore fan of STR in this movie. 

Filmmaker Prabhu Ram C says, “Mahat plays a freewheeling guy from North Chennai and will be seen as a fervent fan of STR. In fact, their real life acquaintance is very well known to public glare and I felt this would add up an extra mileage to Mahat’s onscreen character.”  On clarifying about the title, whether it is to attract STR fans, director Prabhu says, “The title has more significance to the character that Mahat plays in this film. Although, the film is a Rom-Com, it will have some emotional contexts too treated softly. I am sure the onscreen chemistry of Mahat and Aishwarya, who plays a girl from rich family will be definitely captivating.” 

Dharan Kumar is composing music for this film others in the technical team includes Enniyan J Harris (DOP), B. Pravin Baaskar (Editor), Kishore (Art), Logan (Lyrics), Stunner Sam (Stunt), Sandy (Dance) and Kannan (SFX). 

The film is produced by  Varnalaya Cine Creations Banner.  Favince Paul and R.D. Madhan Kumar are the Producers of the film.

Carrying the pure love as main theme, the film deals with contemporary issues involving relationship… On the festive occasion of Pongal, the makers have officially announced the film’s title as ‘ALEKA’. 

The film is jointly produced by Creative Teamz E.R. Anandan and Glowstar Creations B. Dharmaraj and is directed by S.S. Raja Mithran of ‘Ayyanar’ fame. A.G. Mahesh (Music),  Dhill Raj (Cinematography). Karthik Ram (Editor) and Yugabharathy (Lyrics) are the technicians in the film. Tales involving pure love have always been received with warmness and here is a film that is based on poetic love. During the 60s, the major conflict for Love was Religion followed by Caste issues in 80s and Status that showed up by 2000. But today, Love itself has become a conflict for Love. In simple words, the film’s premise is set around the concept of Love Vs Love, which will let everyone reflect, especially the contemporary generation. 

Aari and Aishwarya Dutta are playing lead roles in this film, which is jointly produced by Creative Teamz E.R. Anandan and Glowstar Creations B. Dharmaraj.  S.S. Raja Mithran, who had earlier directed ‘Ayyanar’ is helming this project. A.G. Mahesh is composing music and Dhill Raj (Annadurai and Thagararu fame) is handling cinematography. Karthik Ram (Editor) and Yugabharathy (Lyrics) are the others in the technical crew. 

The shooting of this film commenced this morning in Chennai after being launched with a ritual pooja at Sri Lakshmi Sai Baba Temple in Mogappair, Chennai.  The film will be completely shot in Chennai for a stretch of 40 days with couple of songs being planned in foreign locales.
