Radhika Sarathkumar joins Sivakarthikeyan-Nayanthara starrer ‘SK 13’

POSITIVITY is one word that unceasingly keeps ornamenting the sets of Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film tentatively titled SK 13. Especially, for a movie wielded by filmmaker like Rajesh, who always yields himself to such to jovialness, the team has now obtained one more concrete adornment. Yeah! This is all about Radhika Sarathkumar joining the shoot of ‘SK 13’, which has spread the delights in ampleness. 

Sharing the good news, filmmaker Rajesh says, “All that I can say elatedly is that the positivity on our sets is vividly increasing day by day. I am literally bestowed with such overwhelming moments right from the time we started shooting. A producer like K.E. Gnanavel Raja who enjoys every bit of process in catering our needs is indeed the major reason. Of course, one needn’t delineate the ebullient nature of Sivakarthikeyan. His amusing nature to keep everyone around him with fun and joy keeps rejuvenating our energy. Not to miss the vitality of Nayanthara that has been unchanging after years.  Now, with Radhika mam joining this film, things are brimming with much more positivity. She plays a pivotal role for which she alone can do justice. Her amazing presence gives this film a huge content orientation. To see such an amazing bunch of not just excellent actors, but people of such a great nature come together, I am really privileged and am sure this is shaping our film in a much elegant way. Especially to have Hiphop Aadhi, a symbolic significance of music and celebrations is a resplendent boon to us.”

Nayanthara unleashes her herculean spell with dual roles

NAYANTHARA UNLEASHES HER HERCULEAN SPELL  WITH 

DUAL ROLES  IN "Airaa".

Enthusiasms that never fade and passion for unexplored experiments that never settle has kept Nayanthara as the undisputed queen of South Indian industry. With her realms of fan base expanding into monstrous figures and her market values scaling towards incredulous peaks, Nayanthara doesn’t want to sprawl out and relax within comfort zones, but keeps pushing her to higher grades to unleash her potentials. 

Evidently, AIRAA (Elephant), directed by Sarjun KM  is going to be an archetypical case of such prominence, where she will be seen playing dual roles for the first ever time in her career. Especially, to collaborate with the prestigious production house of KJR Studios, which had delivered an all seasonal classic film ‘Aramm’, the expectations have taken a swirl of upbeat. 

“Yes, it’s a proud moment to be associated with Nayanthara madam once again after the critically acclaimed Aramm. Moreover, our responsibilities as a production studio were much heavier as we had to retain our stature and at the same time, offer something that would be a game-changer for Nayan madam. When Sarjun came up with the narration of ‘AIRAA’, a horror’ genre. it completely gave an impeccable confidence.  Furthermore, the surprisal element of Nayanthara appearing in dual roles enraptured our interests. As a producer, I had an instinctual belief that it is a film that will gratify the huge Nayanthara fans league and at the same time, felt Airaa will be the right platform to amplify her stature to next level. In addition, the preeminent works of Sarjun MK that involves his short films – Maa, Lakshmi and a peerless stroke with his directorial debut ‘Eccharikkai – Idhu Manidhargal Nadamadum Idam’ assured us of his commitment to deliver what he promises,” says producer Kotapadi J Rajesh of KJR Studios. 

The star-cast involves prominent actors like Kalaiarasan, Yogi Babu, JP and few others. The technical crew comprises of KS Sundaramurthy  (Music), Sudarsan Srinivasan (Cinematography), Karthik Jogesh (Editor), Siva Sankar of Aval fame (Art), Priyanka Ravindran (Screenplay) and T Elumalai (Executive Producer). Apart from helming this project, Sarjun K.M. has written story and dialogues for Airaa.

Certain questions within big screens miraculously become a trending top in town, where it eventually gets into non-filmy premises as well.  Not to miss the long epical quest of ‘Why Kattappa killed Baahubali?’ and lots more that queued up in this context. But what’s more intriguing for the current moment is ‘Does Nayanthara accept Yogi Babu’s proposal?’  The topic became much bigger that it got even stressed as hilarious citations in even other movie’s promotional events. 

 

Ah! The inquisitive fans cannot wait to see what happens to the proposal on the big screens as Kolamaavu Kokila opens in grandeur on August 17. Ask director Nelson to leak the answer and he says, “That’s the only thing that I had to cut from the song ‘Kalyana Vayasu’ or else what’s the ‘Kick of Curiosity’ that you’ll be soaked in. Just come to theatres and you’ll know if Nayanthara accepts Yogi Babu’s proposal.” 

So what’s Kolamaavu Kokila all about? Nelson just offers a crisp utterance, “Kolamaavu Kokila will make you feel the seriousness, experience the family values, let you join in revenge, indulge you in LOL moments and move you to edge-of-seats.”
