Amazon Prime Video  UNVEILED AN INTRIGUING MOTION POSTER OF SURIYA's UPCOMING FILM ‘JAI BHIM’

Amazon Prime Video today unveiled a captivating motion poster for the global release of the courtroom drama Jai Bhim. The film which releases this Diwali, on 2nd November in India and across 240 countries and territories, is written and directed by Tj Gnanavel and produced by Suriya and Jyotika under the banner of 2D Entertainment. Taking the excitement up a notch, the highly-anticipated film has the superstar Suriya play the character of a lawyer. 

The motion poster gives an impactful glimpse into the narrative and offers an animated tour through a court room with portraits of great personalities. It also gives us a sneak peak of Suriya’s character in the film. It sure does raise anticipation levels for the upcoming courtroom drama, which releases this Diwali.

Jai Bhim features an ensemble cast of actors like Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan and Lijo Mol Jose, Jai Bhim has music by Sean Roldan and has been co-produced by Rajsekar Karpoorasundarapandian. 

Jai Bhim will release in Tamil and Telugu on 2nd November exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

இயக்குனர் த. செ. ஞானவேல் எழுதி இயக்கியிருக்கும் 'ஜெய் பீம்' திரைப்படத்தை 2டி என்டர்டெய்ன்மெண்ட் என்ற நிறுவனம் சார்பில் நடிகர் சூர்யா மற்றும் ஜோதிகா தயாரித்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

Romantic thrillers have always earned the admiration and support of the masses. And actor and music director G V Prakash has now signed up to do one next.

Yes, just as G V Prakash's brilliant musical score for the critically-acclaimed superhit 'Asuran' and the eagerly-awaited Suriya-starrer 'Soorarai Pottru' have further cemented his position as one of the Tamil film industry's most bankable music directors, his commendable acting performances in films have also made him a bankable actor as well.

Not one to rest on his laurels, G V Prakash has been keeping busy, completing all his projects one by one. His upcoming projects too seem to hold a lot of promise and are sure to make his career graph soar even higher.

In fact, G V Prakash has signed an exciting new film that has been tentatively titled Navira Cinemas Production No 1.

The film, a romantic crime thriller, is being directed by Akilan, who has worked with several leading directors and who is well known for his short films.

Sources say that G V Prakash was impressed by the manner in which Akilan narrated the plot and immediately agreed to play the lead in the film.

The film got off to a great start with a simple pooja that was held at Valasaravakkam today. The event was held in accordance with government norms, with all participants maintaining social distance and wearing masks.

Full fledged work on this film will begin in the first week of December this year in Chennai. Other places that the unit plans to film include Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Navira Cinemas is producing this big budget film, which is to be made in a time period of 55 days.

The unit is finalising the other cast members of the film. Talks are on with some leading stars and very shortly, the team will make an announcement on the other members of the cast.

ACTOR SURIYA MOBBED WITH 5000 FANS AT NGK SHOOTING SPOT IN RAJAHMUNDRY

Actor Suriya got mobbed nearly with 5000 fans at Rajahmundry while shooting for his upcoming film NGK. The actor had to get down from the caravan and walk a little distance towards the shooting spot. Nonetheless, the crowds were jam-packed at the location and the actor couldn’t walk down the lane as they cheered, hailed, shook hands and took selfies.










Usually, a security of 4-5 policemen would be given for a shooting spot, but this turned out to be an unexpected surprise with so many crowds flooding there as director Selvaraghavan had tweeted on his micro-blogging page few days back in time about his shoot in Rajahmundry. Apparently, the shooting had to be called off for the day and it resumed with a heavy security on the following day.

It was an astonishing situation to see that the crowds thronged as though for a mass hero from their region. Their affinity for the actor was so much high that they addressed him their favourite character names including ‘Raju Bhai’. 

It is noteworthy that Suriya movies have always been a great success in Telugu box office, sometimes even more than in Tamil territories, especially for the movies from Singam franchise. This has made the Telugu fans consider him as their own mass hero. 

NGK is directed by Selvaraghavan and is produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu of Dream Warrior Pictures. Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi are playing the female lead roles with Yuvan Shankar Raja composing music.
