வேலைகளில் மும்முரம் காட்டி வரும் படக்குழுவினர், திரையரங்குகள் முழுமையாக திறந்த உடன் படத்தை ரிலீஸ் செய்யவும் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார்கள்.

Actor Sibiraj, who has been giving his best in each film with content driven stories is on the rise of stardom. The actor’s current film Kabadadaari has already got good expectations upon it.

With the actor celebrating his 36th birthday today (October 6, 2020), the team Kabadadaari has gifted him an unexpected surprise. This is all about actor Suriya releasing the first look of this film, which was completely kept away from Sibiraj’s knowledge till last night. The actor was surprised when he came to know about this and his happiness on this special day keeps brewing more as he thanks actor Suriya’s great gesture of supporting this film. It’s not just Sibiraj, but his fans are also delighted to have the first look released by a great actor like Suriya on this special occasion.

As everybody knows, the entire industry was shut down for a very long time due to COVID 19 related issues. With Government making some relaxations for the production and other film related works to resume with proper guidelines and rules, Kabadadaari resumed and completed the shooting in 3 days. Right now, the postproduction work is on full swing. The plans are going on to release the movie, once the theatre operations are back on full swing.

Kabadadaari is produced by G Dhananjayan and Lalitha Dhananjayan. Pradeep Krishnamurthy is directing this film, Simon K King is composing music and Rasamathi is handling cinematography.

Dhanusu Raasi” brings fortune to Harish Kalyan-Sanjay Bharathi duo with a big offer.

It looks like the promising-handsome star Harish Kalyan and Filmmaker Sanjay Bharathi have struck a jackpot even prior to the release of their Friday release “Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae”. Yup! The duo will be teaming up for yet another film to be bankrolled by producer Dr G. Dhananjayan of Creative Entertainers and Distributors. The news comes officially from the desk of producer as he brings up some surprising facts about the genre of this film.

“Yes, Creative Entertainers and Distributors will be producing a film with Harish Kalyan in lead, directed by Sanjay Bharathi, which will be a supernatural action entertainer,” says Dr. G Dhananjayan, who continues to add that he was completely engrossed with the trailer of Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae. “Having been a part of industry for more than a decade, I have seen very few filmmakers, who have mastered the pulse of audiences. Apparently, Sanjay Bharathi has equipped himself with these traits, which I believe will definitely escalate him with jet-speed progression. After witnessing, the phenomenal response towards the teaser, trailer and songs of DRN across the youngsters, I casually rang up Sanjay to appreciate and congratulate him. Gradually, he shared a gist, which instantly grabbed my attention. As he was narrating me the plot and lead characterization, I couldn’t imagine anyone else other than Harish Kalyan, where I just suggested why not him. Surprisingly, Sanjay too admitted the same and we decided to proceed with it. We will start shooting the film by the Second quarter of 2020 and will be soon making official announcements on the title, cast and crew along with release date.”

Jyotika starrer Kaatrin Mozhi team offers a great opportunity for the talented lyricists to give their best spell. The interested ones have to write lyrics for a particular song involving a theme given by the makers. While the actor plays the role of Jyotika’s husband in ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’, he was recently here at LICET (Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology ) Chennai for the occasion of Cultural events along with producer G Dhananjayan of BOFA Media India Pvt Ltd.  Speaking on the occasion, Vidaarth expressed his complete happiness for being present there.

 He said, “There is nothing for me here to preach you all. In fact, I have been inheriting whole lot of things from college students like you as I wasn’t privileged enough to pursue. It is noteworthy that the majority of leading personalities from Tamil and Telugu industries comprises of Loyola graduates. Although, I wasn’t a part of this college,  I had one of my close friends out here in 1996, where I used to stay here in Hostel. I cannot forget the Parottas I ate stealthily in Loyola College.” 

Adding more, he said, “Whenever I am doing something different, the first one to come ahead and appreciation me re none other than college students, especially the ones here in Loyola College. In fact, while I was watching one of my recent films in theatres, one of the Loyola college students approached and congratulated me for taking up different roles.” 

Viddarth feels that the encouragements given by such people propelled him to take up such projects like ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’. “Many would have watched the original version ‘Tumhari Sulu’. 


Producer Dhananjayan sir called me one day and asked him to check with it if I am okay. Soon after watching the film, I felt that I have to be a part of this film. Kaatrin Mozhi has a simple yet heart-touching story, which will appeal to everyone.

Moreover, working with Jyotika madam was a great experience. I am not saying this for the sake of stereotypical things while speaking over occasions as this. But she is really a great person,” said Vidaarth, who continued to add, “There are only few films, which gives a complete satisfaction while dubbing. Kaatrin Mozhi offered me such an experience.” 

Finally totting up with his speech, he said, “Everyone in my family are well education and occupied with top professional jobs. It is only me, who missed my college. I always had a feeling that I missed my college and even some of my guests at home would look me down. But now I have realized that it’s not just about the academics, but it’s all about your passion and self-determination towards something, which will take you through the road of success.” 

Producer G Dhananjayan of BOFTA Media India Pvt Ltd said, “I am not here in LICET as a producer or founder of BOFTA Media India, but as a parent of student from this same college. My daughter Revathy graduated from this same premise in 2015.” 


Sharing his words of advice to the students, he said, “There are times, when few students feel that the job what they are doing isn’t appropriate for them and they keep juggling among them. But I give a small piece of advice that first give all your best in academic education responsibly as parents have sent you over here with their dreams and hopes. Well, later you could choose whatever you look as your profession.

Producer G Dhananjayan of BOFTA Media India Pvt Ltd says, “STR sir is playing a special cameo, which will be one of the big highlights of the film. The particular scene demanded for a popular celebrity to attend the radio show hosted by the protagonist (Jyotika). Being a great admirer of Jyotika madam and impressed with the scene description, he immediately accepted and shot his portions gladly. 

 Moreover, he was thrilled to share the screen with Jyotika madam after 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam'.

Recently, STR completed dubbing his portions and called me saying that the scene has come out very well & he was glad to be a part of the film. We are so happy to have a great popular actor like him, whose presence stands out to be an additional value to the film.” 

The film features Vidaarth, Lakshmi Manchu, M.S. Bhaskar, Manobala, Kumaravel, Mohan Raman, Uma Padmanabhan, Seema Taneja and Sindhu in important roles. 


A.H. Kaashif, nephew of A.R. Rahman is composing music for the lyrical essence of Madhan Karky. Mahesh Muthuswami has handled cinematography with Art direction by Kadhir. National award winning Poornima (Costumes) and Praveen KL (Editing) are part of this technical crew, which has dialogues written by Pon Parthiban. 

'Kaatrin Mozhi' is close on the heels of completing the post-production phase. As announced earlier, the film is scheduled for release on October 18 for the festive occasion of Aayudha Pooja, which co-incidentally marks the birthday of Jyotika as well.

Actor Silambarasan (STR) completed dubbing his portions for Jyotika’s Kaatrin Mozhi in Chennai recently. The actor plays a special cameo in this film, which is directed by Radha Mohan and produced by G Dhananjayan, S Vikram Kumar and Lalitha Dhananjayan of BOFTA Media India Pvt Ltd.

Certainly, there are few films that cross beyond the label called ‘Female centric’ flicks and easily have its realms among the male cohorts too. That’s quite a rarity, where premise and themes are proved to be a justified ones.




Such is the illustrative case of ‘Tumhari Sulu’ that comes adapted by the critically acclaimed filmmaker Radha Mohan with the remake in Tamil titled ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’. Striding through the streak of success with hat-trick spell in ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’, ‘Magalir Mattum’ and ‘Nachiyaar’, actress Jyotika strikes back with a phenomenal role. 

Of course, with this Radha Mohan-Jyothika duo combo that delivered an ever cherishing movie ‘Mozhi’ before a decade, it still appears fresh soulful. Ask Filmmaker Radha Mohan of how he feels to be associated with ace actress Jyotika now. He says, “This is completely new when it comes to Jyotika and my erstwhile association with her in ‘Mozhi’. She was someone, who doesn’t utter a word and yet convey more emotions and expressions through her eyes in Mozhi.


But ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’ is something exactly in contrast, where we you would find her indulged with talkative nature.”

While there are many female centric movies, what actually prompted Radha Mohan to go for specific choice of Tumhari Sulu. “One day, Jyotika called me up and asked if I had seen the Hindi film ‘Tumhari Sulu’ with a suggestion that it would be an apt to remake it. It was then,




I saw the film and felt it would be apt one too. So things proceeded as it was and I must really thank BOFTA Dhananjayan sir for being a complete support in turning our dreams into reality.” 

One of the most highlighting attributes about the film’s progress was the shooting being wrapped in a short span of time. Radha Mohan says, “Everything was completely planned and well written even before the commencement of shoot. In this manner, there weren’t any confusion during the shoot. We would prepare the entire portions involving the actors and give the dialogue and script papers a day before the shoot. This made the process flow through smoothly.”

Radha Mohan furthermore adds that even for the ones who have already watched the film ‘Tumhari Sulu’, it’s going to be a different experience with ‘Tumhari Sulu’. “Remaking a film exactly as its original version isn’t a big deal. But we have made so many changes according to the regional tastes, especially with the culture and lifestyle over here. We have included some additional characters in the film, which will be offering a fresh experience indeed,” utters Radha Mohan. 

Actor Vidhaarth on his part adds saying, “I have played the role of Jyotika’s husband in the movie. The film showcases the bonding of emotions and understanding between a married couple here. I haven’t acted in such a role till now. I am happy and confident that this role will gain me certainly the good reception among the audiences.” 

While Lakshmi Manchu is performing an important role in this film, STR will be found in a cameo role. Other in the cast includes Kumaravel, Bhaskar, Manobala, Mohan Raman, Uma Padmanabhan and many more prominent actors… Mahesh Muthusamy is handling cinematography for this film, which has musical score by A.H. Kaashif, nephew of Academy Award winner AR Rahman.
