*Sundeep Kishen starrer “Sigma’ shooting wrapped up* 

Lyca Productions Subaskaran’s much-anticipated Tamil film Sigma, marking the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay and featuring Sundeep Kishen in the lead role, has officially wrapped up its shooting. One of the most eagerly awaited projects in the Tamil film industry, the makers have also announced that the film’s teaser will be unveiled on December 23, 2025.

Speaking about the completion of the shoot, G.K.M. Tamil Kumaran, Head of Lyca Productions, said, “It gives us great delight to announce the wrap-up of one of our most ambitious films. What makes this even more special is Jason Sanjay’s clarity of vision and his directorial proficiency in executing the entire shoot exactly as planned. The initial schedule was planned for 80 days, but to our pleasant surprise, the team completed the entire shoot, including action blocks and song sequences, well ahead of schedule. This is always a very positive sign for any producer, even before a film’s theatrical release. We are excited to present the teaser of Sigma on December 23. Director Jason Sanjay and the technical team has worked their magic, which was evident when producer Subaskaran sir and myself watched the raw visual footage.”

Director Jason Sanjay said, “I feel truly privileged to make my directorial debut with a prestigious production house like Lyca Productions. They extended complete support to the film and never hesitated to provide whatever the project demanded. Most importantly, there was no interference in the creative process, and that trust played a major role in helping us complete the shoot ahead of the originally planned 80-day schedule. Produced on a grand scale, Sigma stars Sundeep Kishen in the lead role, with an ensemble cast that includes Faria Abdullah, Raju Sundaram, Sampath Raj, Shiv Pandit, Anbu Thasan, Yog Japee, and others.

The film’s technical team includes music composer Thaman S, cinematographer Krishnan Vasant, editor Praveen KL, and VFX supervisor Hariharasuthan. Sanjeev serves as the co-director, while Suresh Chandra is handling the public relations for the film.

Sigma is produced by Subaskaran under the Lyca Productions banner, with G.K.M. Tamil Kumaran overseeing operations as the Head of Lyca Productions.
