In recent times, the number of films based on novels has drastically decreased. Few filmmakers dare to bring popular literary works to the silver screen. But now, celebrated writer Poornachandra Tejaswi’s famous novel Jugaari Cross is being adapted into a film. Director Gurudatta Ganiga, who made a huge impact with his upcoming film Karavali, has now taken up the bold challenge of bringing Jugaari Cross to the big screen.

The film had already been announced earlier, and now the teaser has been released. Ever since the announcement, everyone was curious to know who would play the lead role in this much-loved story. With the release of the teaser, that curiosity has finally ended — Raj B. Shetty will be playing the protagonist in Jugaari Cross.

Along with directing the film, director Gurudatta Ganiga is also producing it under the banner of Gurudatta Ganiga Films Cinematographer Abhimanyu Sadanandan, who worked on Karavali, is also handling the visuals for Jugaari Cross.
