Velammal Nexus organizes 'Dancing Yoga' with Yoga Vaishnavi, 4 Guiness World Record holder, on 11th November, 2020 which was live streamed at Velammal Nexus YouTube channel.
The International Gold medalist performed dancing yoga that showcased discipline of movements which improves flexibility, confidence and balancing of the body.
