VELAMMAL STUDENTS CELEBRATE YOGA DAY WITH A DIFFERENCE
Velammal Main School, Mogappair, encouraged its students by celebrating International Yoga Day on 21st June,2020 on the theme YOGA AT HOME.
The school aims at getting the students to practice Yoga at home, to uphold a holistic approach for their health and well-being in the present scenario.
Amid the lockdown, several students marked this special event by performing Yoga in their homes to express it as a means to improve their health.
In a nutshell, the students stayed connected to spread the message that yoga is not all about exercise but it embodies unity of mind, body, thought and action.
The school management appreciates the active participation of students.
