BHUSHAN KUMAR MAKES T-SERIES SHINE GLOBALLY

`T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar named on the Bloomberg Businessweek's Bloomberg 50 List 2019`

 Celebrated Bollywood producer and T-series head honcho Bhushan Kumar has several reasons to celebrate this year. After delivering a run of consecutive successful films like De De Pyaar De, Bharat, Kabir Singh, Batla House, Saaho and Marjaavaan and supporting smaller but content based subjects like Section 375, Why Cheat India and Khandaani Shafakhana, Bhushan is on a career high. He has not only catapulted himself into the big league in the last decade as a hands on producer but is also reigning at the top currently, working with the who's who of Bollywood.

The annual list of Bloomberg 50 innovators of the year has been announced and Bhushan has been named for TSeries’s achievements in digital domain primarily being the largest YouTube channel on the planet and his contribution to Indian cinema at large. Bhushan Kumar gives Sidharth Malhotra his highest opening grossing film

 Sidharth Malhotra’s Marjaavaan has surpassed Student of the year, Kapoor and Sons, Jabariya Jodi, etc and has set the box office on fire. The film which released on 15th November has already grossed 24.42 crores in the opening weekend. Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, the film has given Sidharth Malhotra’s highest opening grosser ever.

 

Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film also stars Tara Sutaria, Riteish Deshmukh and Rakul Preet Singh. The movie has received rave reviews and strong word of mouth has pushed many cine-goers thronging to watch it. The action, songs, and dialogues have been a huge hit amongst people.

After its stupendous run in previous seasons of MixTape Hindi and Punjabi, amounting to 1.2 billion views, music lovers are in for a treat as T-Series MixTape Punjabi Season 2 is all set to premiere with its first episode on YouTube on November 4^th. Presented by Amazon Prime Music, the music property which showcases a unique mix of two songs has been lavishly produced by T-Series Chairman and Managing Director Bhushan Kumar.

Ace director duo, Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, who have in the past 20 years helmed more than 200 songs and music videos, have directed the 11-episode musical spectacle. All tracks of T-Series MixTape Punjabi Season 2 will be available first on Amazon Prime Music for Prime members to enjoy, giving listeners an ad-free, voice enabled listening experience.

The T-Series MixTape Punjabi Season 2 promises to bring to you some of the most renowned, accomplished Punjabi singers of today when the season 2 of musical web series launches on November 4^th on YouTube. Each episode promises the highest entertainment quotient for viewers and listeners, juxtaposing two songs in a unique manner. Keeping its essence of taking two songs and amalgamating the sound and lyrics in an unimaginable way, the listener is bound to be pleasantly surprised with the emerging harmony `achieved by the merging of the two songs. Indoo Ki Jawani rolls in Lucknow

The quirky family entertainer Indoo Ki Jawani, headlined by Kiara Advani, directed by Abir Sengupta, commenced shoot last week in Lucknow. The film is a romantic comedy, also starring Aditya Seal, set in a small town where Kiara’s character is determined to find true love using an online dating app.

The film marks the sixth collaboration between T-Series and Emmay Entertainment, after Airlift, Satyameva Jayate, Batla House, Marjaavaan (releases Nov 15, 2019), Satyameva Jayate 2 (releases Oct 02, 2019). Joining them for Indoo Ki Jawani are Electric Apples which marks their debut as producers.

Indoo is a part of every young Indian girl she’s endearing, lovable and quirky.
