ZEE5, India’s fastest growing OTT platform just released the trailer of its Original   

‘Date With Saie’ starring renowned actress Saie Tamhankar. 

While the web series is called ‘Date With Saie’, it is actually the story of an obsessed film maker who stalks Saie and shoots a film featuring her, secretly. Why is he doing so?

The trailer gives you an idea of the different shades of Saie’s character as well as 

Rohit Kokate’s, who plays the obsessive film maker. It takes you through spine-chilling scenes and shows how far can obsession take an individual and its nothing short of shocking and eerie.

You will also see Saie’s friends as well as popular talent from the Marathi industry like Amey Wagh, Siddharth Chandekar, Lalit Prabhakar, Parna Pethe, Shreya Bugade, Girija Oak Godbole and Pooja Thombre who play themselves and are a part of a crucial episode.

Directed by Dnyanesh Zoting and produced by Potadi Entertainment’s Nikhil Sheth, ‘Date With Saie’ premieres on ZEE5 on 5^th December.

5.      क Se Crime a series based on real-instances, releasing this December is all set to showcase another grey chapter of rivalry from the hinterland of Uttar Pradesh. Inspired by one of the recent gangster series Mirzapur, ‘क Se Crime’ will highlight names like Brijesh Singh, Mukhtar Ansari and Munna Bajrangi who reigned and battled for the game of power.

Will be seen doing high-volt stunts for her upcoming ZEE5 Original - ‘Date With Saie'~

Saie Tamhankar, after winning hearts with her performances in Marathi and Hindi cinema is now thrilled for herupcoming ZEE5 Original 'Date With Saie'. Directed by Dnyanesh Zoting, the series not only boasts of a powerful narrative, but also features Saie in a never seen before avatar. Saie has performed several action sequences by herself for the show, a first for her.

Through the series, you will see Saie jumping from a balcony, another shot of her fighting it out in a moving train, and a spine-chilling climax scene shot at a height of 50 ft.

Elated by Saie's commitment, director Dnyanesh Zotingsaid, "While narrating the script to Saie, we told her that we have body doubles in place, but she was adamant on performing the stunts herself. All the action sequences have turned out to be a success and we are amazed by her dedication."

Expressing her excitement, Saie added, "The script looked extremely interesting to me and I wishfully agreed to perform most of the action sequences myself. It was challenging for sure, but exciting at the same time. I trusted the team completely whether it was Dnyanesh or our action directorSalaam. I am looking forward to the audience response. Dance diva Simran is all set for a grand return to Tamil television, making her 

debut as a special judge on  COLORS Tamil’s latest reality show, 

Dance Vs. Dance (DVD) show on December 1st & 2nd.

Joining the talented duo of K-Town’s heartthrob Nakhul and the ace choreographer Brinda, Simran will be seen judging the contesting participants of the show who will put their best foot forward to prove their mettle. The episodes will see 14 pairs of dancers challenge each other showcasing different dance styles on the same song.

The one of a kind show has seen different styles of dance forms from freestyle to hip-hop to classical beats, the contestants have infused everything into the native beats, making it a virtual treat for the viewers. Sivakarthikeyan’s avatar as producer through his maiden film “Kanaa” has engraved groovy expectations among audiences. With the film scheduled for release in December, the shooting of his second outing tentatively titled ‘Production No.2’ has started rolling with a ritual pooja in Film City, Chennai. 

The film is bankrolled by Sivakarthikeyan Productions that features Vijay TV fame Rio and newcomer Shirin in lead roles. Furthermore, the film comprises of a surprising star-cast that includes well noted politician Nanjil Sampath. 

Significantly, he will be seen playing an important character alongside Radharavi, RJ Vigneshkanth and few more actors. While Karthik Venugopalan is wielding megaphone for this film, others in the technical team includes UK Senthil Kumar (DOP), Fenny Oliver (Editor) and Kamalnathan (Art). 

Talks are going on with few more familiar actors and technicians for this film, which will have the official announcements made after finalizing. It is worth mentioning that director Karthik Venugopalan has already gained public glare for his works on YouTube channel - BLACKSHEEP.

 Hockey World Cup 2018 Opening Ceremony held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha has left the nation surprised for its magnanimous setup and performance line-up recently. Madhuri Dixit Nene, who was a part of the bandwagon, took the audience by surprise after she performed a graceful dance along with 1000 other artists in sync. 

Centering around the theme of the 'oneness of the humanity', the dance drama titled the 'Earth Song' had left everybody mesmerized by her graceful moves and charismatic persona. It was no less than a visual spectacle to see the gorgeous actress perform in a well-coordinated setup where she was also the narrator of the act. Her dance drama beautifully depicted five elements found in Vedas- Aether, earth, fire, water, and space. 

Elated by the entire episode, Madhuri said, “It was a dance drama act around a special number, The Earth Song specially created for this occasion. I’ve never performed as Mother Earth before. It’s a powerful character and I particularly identified with its theme of oneness and its universal appeal. It’s about breaking barriers, embracing diversity and respecting our environment. To bring to life a powerful character such as this, in front of a live audience was challenging, yet exhilarating experience. And the larger-than-life dramatic costume gave it a colorful twist.”

The actress went on to add, “I feel sports should be not just a part of one’s life, but also a way of life. Over the past few years, I feel India has grown prominently in the field of sports, and not just in men’s cricket. Hockey is our National sport and India hosting the World Cup speaks volume by itself; this goes to show that steps are being taken to improve the sport.”

In no time, 800 local kids also joined the actress in her tribal performance and left the audience asking for more. Even after years, the veteran diva has certainly not lost her charm and her recent performance is proof of the same.

As per the recent announcement, T-Series JA Entertainment and Emmay Entertainment have come together to produce 6 films by various directors. The first of this deal is a film starring John Abraham,  directed by Nikkhil Advani goes on floors in November 2019 and will be shot over 3 months in Kolkata. Eyeing for a Mid 2020 release the film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, John Abraham’s JA Entertainment and Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani & Nikkhil Advani’s Emmay Entertainment.

For over five years John Abraham has been living with a dream. An avid football enthusiast whose owns his own team, North East United FC, the actor has been waiting to bring one of India’s most historic matches to the screen, dating back to 1911.  John Abraham will be playing the role of Shibdas Bhaduri, who captained the side.

The Mohan Bagan Athletic Club was established in 1889 by three well-known aristocratic Bengali families in North Kolkata. The team won its first trophy only 15 years later but under their coach, Sailen Basu, quickly rose in the ranks. In 1911, it was invited to take part in the prestigious Indian Football Association (IFA) Shield. With brilliant players like Hiralal Mukherjee, Bhuti Sukul, Sudhir Chatterjee, Manmohan Mukherjee, Rajen Sengupta, Nilmadhav Bhattarya, Kanu Roy, Habul Sarkar, Abhilash Ghosh, the team captained by Shibdas Bhaduri who played alongside his older brother Bijoydas Bhaduri, notched up one win after another, making it to the final where they were up against East Yorkshire Regiment, an elite branch of the British army. On July 29, almost 10,000 football enthusiasts lined up as the players took the field. The Indians were a match for the better trained British players in every way till Sergeant Jackson scored the first goal with just 15 minutes left for the final. Mohun Bagan responded with one of their own and then it was a fight to the finish.

John says “What makes 1911 special is that it is not just about the coach, the players or even the game, it’s also about India’s freedom struggle.  Like with Parmanu, the idea is to educate in an entertaining way so viewers walk out of the theatre saying, ‘Wow, I didn’t know this!’

Nikkhil says “I’ve been wanting to make a film set in Kolkata, talking about its people, culture and heritage. 1911 is even better because it moves beyond Bengal to encompass all of India and its history. It’s a huge responsibility to tell this story right as it’s almost folklore to the people of Bengal as well as it’s so close to John. I’m thrilled he thinks that I will be able to do it justice”

 Bhushan Kumar says “We are extremely happy to announce our first film as part of our six film deal and it gives me great pleasure to be associated with a film which tells the story of the emergence of the most iconic club in India, as well as a truly inspiring moment in our history”
