The buffet at Clubhouse, the trendy 24-hour European Bistro at Taj Cub House, just got better! Flavours of India will take centre-stage at the buffet spread fromAugust 9 - 15with each day celebrating a cuisine from one State of India . On August 15, as the nation is wrapped in the spirit of the tricolor, the buffet at Clubhouse will celebrate Independence Day with different flavours from across the country. Apart from this, guests can enjoy the regular buffet at Clubhouse on all days.

The Rajasthani cuisine (August 9) will feature specialities like Laal MassKer SangriGatte Ke SubziPaneer MathaniaJodhpuri pulao and the much loved Dal Bati Churma; and Mongodi ki subzi. The team of chefs has whipped up favourites from West Bengal (August 10) like Machar JholDum gosht briyaniPotol DolmaAloo PosthoCholar DalKorola Shukto; and Aloo Baingan Chokke, to name a few.
