Mahipal Singh wins title
Mahipal Singh defeated Deepak Kothari (2-1) in the finals of the 3rd Tamil Nadu State Ranking Tenpin Bowling Tournament 2025 which concluded at LetsBowl, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, today 06th August 2025.
In the finals played based on the best of three games, in Game 1 Mahipal outscored Deepak Kothari (212-192). In Game 2 Deepak Kothari made a fine comeback and defeated Mahipal (214-172). In Game 3 Mahipal Singh outplayed Deepak Kothari by a margin of 83 Pins (244-161) and went on to win the title.
Earlier in the day, in the first Semi-Final played based on the best of three games format Deepak defeated Abhishek D 2-0 (221-201, 208-177. In the second Semi-Final, Mahipal defeated Soban D 2-0 (207-178 & 248-236)
Ganesh NT finished on top of the table after Round 2 with a pinfall 2478 at an impressive average of 206.50 followed by Soban D (Pinfall – 2425, Average – 202.08).
