by offering viewers a wide bouquet of exciting shows. The iconic television hit
Thirumanam will be back next week on Monday, July 20 at prime time with
original episodes, full of gripping twists and turns. At the same time, Oviya and
Uyire will have a refreshing new look, with new leads carrying the story forward.

 Oviya (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM) – COLORS Tamil’s mega-hit, Oviya,
crossed a new milestone earlier this week, completing 400 engrossing episodes.
It now embarks on a new journey, with Oviya learning the truth behind her
marriage with Saravanan. But there is unexpected trouble in her and Surya’s
lives as Vaseekaran and Saravanan start suspecting their relationship. Tune in

Mangalya Dhosham (Monday to Saturday, 9 PM) – Despite Arumugam

While viewers have been restricted to their homes for two months owing to the nationwide lockdown, Viacom18’s 24-hour Tamil General Entertainment channel, COLORS Tamil has been providing non-stop entertainment for its discerning viewers while urging them to be socially responsible. Taking a lead from here and ensuring its viewers continue to stay entertained, COLORS Tamil is now set to launch an exciting and fresh line up of original content making it the first Tamil General Entertainment channel to introduce a fresh line up during the lockdown. COLORS Tamil announces the launch of Mangalya Dosham, starting Thursday, May 28, 2020. The super-natural fiction show will air from Monday to Friday at 9 pm. The channel will also launch the popular dubbed shows Sri Krishna and Chandrakantha. Additionally, it will air fresh episodes of its much loved shows Oviya, Amman and Idayathai Thirudathe.

Mangalya Dosham focuses on an age-old superstition that is still deeply entrenched and followed even in today’s times. It is a captivating supernatural story about Nityashree, a Chevvai Dosham girl who marries her lover Mohan who is Non-Chevvai Dosham and the life-threatening consequences that follow. The show stars popular actors Arun Padmanabhan and Lakshmi Priya who are playing the lead protagonists.

Starting May 28^th, COLORS Tamil will present a revamped and refreshed weekly line-up including some of the channel’s most popular shows providing wholesome entertainment. Mythological show Sri Krishna will air at 6 30 p.m. and will be followed by fantasy show Chandrakantha at 7 p.m. This will be followed by the family entertainer Oviya at 7:30 p.m., the mystical drama Amman at 8 p.m. and romantic drama Idhayathai Thirudathe at 8.30 p.m. Finally at 9 p.m., COLORS Tamil will entertain viewers with its brand new super-natural thriller Mangalya Dosham.

Arav-Ashima Narwal starrer Raja Bheema has found a decorous position among the watch list of film buffs in 2020. Courtesy to the well packaged and presented trailer that was recently launched, which encapsulated action, fun, sentiments, romance and all commercial ingredients together. Apart from all these traits, Yashika Anand’s appearance has furthermore inculcated the interests of audiences about her role in this movie.  

Naresh Sampath, director of this film says, “Yes, Yashika Anand will be seen playing a journalist and her character will offer lots of unexpected twists and turns in the film’s screenplay, especially during the pre-climax portion. While penning the script of Raja Bheema, we wanted each and every character to find groovy wholesomeness. Especially, when it came to this character, we wanted someone who is enjoying a decent fan base and at the same time can easily convey the intentions of this role through their performance. Apparently, after considering various artistes, we zeroed in Yashika Anand and she exceeded our expectations with a dedicated performance.”

Apart from man-animal bonding, the trailer has created a curiosity to know if Raja Bheema revolves around the issue of illegal ivory trading. With a tight-lipped gesture, Naresh with a smile utters, “All that I can say for now is the film has more than what everyone has assumed after watching the trailer. It has lots of twists and turns, which will be thoroughly enjoyed by audiences throughout the show.”

The couple of single tracks composed by Simon K King have gained commendable response and the makers will be soon unveiling the other songs. With just few days left for the re-recording to get wrapped up, the team is looking for a perfect occasion to get the movie released with more screen counts.
