Director Sneha Shetty Kohli's fresh new music video 'Tanhaai' features Tulsi Kumar and Zain Imam. A tale about rising up and out of loneliness that we often find ourselves in.

The song is in power-packed vocals of the very versatile Tulsi Kumar and composed by talented music duo Sachet-Parampara.

Sharing about the shoot of the song, Director Sneha Shetty Kohli, adds "We shot the entire song across Mumbai in just 3 days and shooting in between the pandemic with all necessary precautions and rains was challenging yet an amazing experience". Sharing about the theme of the song, she adds, "Break ups are a part of life and to accept it and come out stronger and not lose your identity in the whole process is what makes or breaks you".

Millind Gaba is making waves in the Punjabi pop-culture landscape with hits like ‘Nazar Lag Jayegi’, ‘She Don’t Know’ and ‘Teri Yaari’. He has now teamed up with acclaimed singer Tulsi Kumar and popular lyricist Jaani of ‘Pachtaoge’ and ‘Kya Baat Ay fame’ for a new emotional song of unconditional love - Naam. Presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, composed by Nirmaan, with music by Millind himself, Naam will be the trio’s first song together that will show you how ‘love always finds its way back’.

For a song of this scale, Millind Gaba worked hard not only on the song’s composition but also his character in the moving music video featuring Tulsi Kumar and directed by Arvindr Khera. While it wasn’t easy, the popular singer was inspired and motivated by his co-singer and lyricist to give it his all.

Talking about this ambitious song and his first-ever collaboration with Tulsi Kumar and Jaani, Millind says, “This was a dream project for me. It took us around 9 months to create this beautiful song. I feel blessed and thankful to have the opportunity to make some kick-ass music with people who are so dedicated and passionate about their craft.” Adding that, “Tulsi Ma’am is so grounded and hardworking. Jaani on the other hand has penned some emotion provoking lyrics. It took us nine months to create Naam and it was a completely enriching experience. Lastly, I’m very grateful to work with Bhushan sir because without his guidance my music wouldn’t reach an audience of over 100 million.”

After winning hearts with several chartbusters over the years, the versatile Tulsi Kumar is all set to bring audiences another soulful song. In 2019, Tulsi not only had massive hits with Tera Ban Jaunga (Kabir Singh), O Saki Saki (Batla House ) and Enni Soni (Saaho) but is now conquering the independent music space. In 2020, Tulsi is giving her fans some first time collaborations. After Tere Naal with Darshan Raval, Tulsi has collaborated with Punjabi singer Millind Gaba, who has delivered several hits along with talented lyricist Jaani.

Presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, composed by Nirmaan, with music by Millind himself, Naam will be the trio’s first song together that will show you how ‘love always finds its way back’.

Tulsi Kumar, who has always admired Jaani and Millind’s work says, "We wanted the video to connect with the common people and make us touch base with our human side. The whole team has put in their efforts to bring this song together. 'Naam' is one of those sweet, emotional songs that will leave you with a smile on your face”.

Shot before the country went under lockdown, the teams had a fun time filming the music video featuring Tulsi Kumar and Millind Gaba and directed by Arvindr Khaira. Speaking about his experience of creating Naam singer Millind says, “I'm pretty excited about this track as it's my first collaboration with Tulsi Kumar, who is so humble and down-to-earth. We started working on this song over 9 months ago and wanted the composition to do justice to Jaani's beautiful lyrics. All our fans eagerly await the release of this track and we are so happy to bring it to audiences. The music video is truly next level.”

After creating frenzy with Pachtaoge, lyricist Jaani talks about Naam, “Love is a complex emotion but the simplest way of explaining it is people being there for eachother no matter what the obstacles or problems and that's what 'Naam' is trying to convey. I'm happy to collaborate with Tulsi Kumar and Millind Gaba who brought the words to life."

Says composer Nirmaan, "Working on this song was a great experience. We kept it simple yet relatable and we hope audiences enjoy it."

Tulsi Kumar adds to her skill set; learns the cello and contemporary dance form for her latest single, ‘Naam’

Riding high on the success of her recent single Tere Naal, the very Versatile Tulsi Kumar whose conquering the independent scene of music is all set with her next. The singer, who has several blockbuster songs to her credit, including Tera Ban Jaunga (Kabir Singh) , O Saki Saki (Batla House ) Soch Na Sake (Airlift) among others, now has a special surprise for her fans across the country .

The singer will be seen not only playing the cello but also performing contemporary dance in her latest single ‘Naam’ also featuring the successful singer Millind Gaba. Tulsi has left no stone unturned in giving a treat to her audiences with her newly learnt skills.

Presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and penned by Jaani of Pachtaoge fame, the romantic song touches base with listeners’ human side and connects with the simple emotion of unconditional love. Naam that is composed by Nirmaan and music by Millind will show you how ‘love always finds its way back’ that’s directed by Arvindr Khera.

For the video, Tulsi Kumar trained in contemporary dance with her choreographer Shreoshi for a few weeks and also juggled by taking Cello lessons, so as to do justice to her character in the music video. Talking about her first-time experiences, singer Tulsi Kumar says, “This song has a grand music production with a wide string section, cello portions and various other instruments so it’s a musically rich track.











 In the video I play a girl who is inclined towards music and plays the cello .I took lessons to play the Instrument, from understanding how to hold this grand instrument, to playing it in a basic way. The video also has a chunk of contemporary dance and while I’m not a trained dancer, I always leaned towards it and loved to learn . When we decided to include a contemporary dance section for this particular video , I trained with my Choreographer for a few days as this form of dance is very intricate has certain techniques like lifts and turns  etc involved, hence learning and training beforehand was essential.”

Bhushan Kumar's Naam, is a song of unconditional love penned by Jaani and vocals by Tulsi Kumar and Millind Gaba. The single will be out on 27th July 2020 on T-Series' YouTube channel.

In these difficult times, the music giant T-Series has made sure that they leave no stones unturned in giving the audience the joy of good content with varied and melodic songs. The latest one is by Ace singer Tulsi Kumar who is back to entertain us with her soulful and versatile voice. She will soon be releasing a new song called Tere Naal. She has collaborated with young heartthrob Darshan Raval for the very first time for this song and both their voices gel fabulously well.

The ideation of the song started in February and then was stalled due to lockdown. Such is the dedication of the songstress that she not only worked towards recording the entire song at home but also shot it in her house while following the social distancing protocols and being safe. There were multiple calls and ideation sessions between the teams for completion of the song.

Talking about the same, Tulsi says, “I never would have thought that we will be facing days when we are bound to the limitations of our homes by something that is affecting people globally. And times like this have enabled us to push the envelope in every way we can. When we talked about making a song like Tere Naal, it warmed my heart because this is something that I wanted to do for my fans especially right now. I want to give them a small reason to smile. So, Darshan and I together worked very hard and in sync towards making it happen while being in two different cities. It was quite challenging. The recording and the shooting at home were unique experiences that helped me learn a lot more newer things that I would never have gotten to understand if we would not be in a lockdown like this. I feel that the lockdown has given us a different perspective of life and made us more independent; we never knew work from home can be equally productive. Also, our fans always wanted us to collaborate, they used to ask for this collaboration in my every Q&A session on Instagram, and finally, it is here. What better time than this to make sure that our fans are entertained.”

Sung by Tulsi Kumar and Darshan Raval and composed by Darshan Raval, Tere Naal has lyrics penned by Gurpreet Saini and Gautam G Sharma. The song will be released on T-Series’ YouTube channel on May 18th, 2020.

For the past few weeks, India’s largest music label T-Series has taken it upon themselves to entertain the audience by releasing varied songs. From foot-tapping party numbers to songs that are an ode to friendship, mothers, and all the health-care and essential workers, T-Series has made it their mission to uplift everyone’s moods with their music.

T-Series is all set to release their next love song Tere Naal featuring Tulsi Kumar and Darshan Raval. After a lot of requests from the fans, T-Series had finally brought these outstanding singers together under one roof and no doubt the song is going to be a hit. Along with the fans, the duo is very much excited for the song to come out and see how their fans react.

Talking about how the song is relatable to all those couples who are stuck in long-distance relationships due to the lockdown, Darshan Raval reveals, “This pandemic has taught us to reconnect with our loved ones who live far away from us. Relatable to today’s situation, Tere Naal is an ode to the couples who cannot meet each other due to certain circumstances but the love that they have for each other gets stronger day-by-day.”

Tulsi Kumar further added, “Tere Naal is like a breath of fresh air. It is a world-known fact that music has healing powers and Tere Naal will surely make people calm and give them positive vibes. On the other hand, making this song will always be memorable for me. Recording and shooting a song from our respective homes was a challenge but we did it due to the love and blessings of our fans and the support of our team. This is the first time I have worked with Darshan and I have enjoyed every bit of it.”

Sung by Tulsi Kumar and Darshan Raval, the lyrics have been penned by Gurpreet Saini and Gautam G Sharma and composed by Darshan Raval, Tere Naal is presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and will be out on 18th May on T-Series’ YouTube channel.

T-Series release the female version of ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ titled ‘Teri Ban Jaungi’ sung by Amruta Fadnavis

 T-Series and Amruta Fadnavis have collaborated again to release the female version of the popular song ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ from the film Kabir Singh. Titled ‘Teri Ban Jaungi’, the song is crooned by Amruta Fadnavis.

Tera Ban Jaunga’ was sung by Tulsi Kumar and Akhil Sachdeva and was loved by the audiences. The popularity of the song was one of the key reasons why they wanted to release the female version.

Commenting on the partnership Amruta said, “When they asked me to sing one cover song from Kabir Singh, I immediately selected ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ as it’s my favourite song from the film. We wanted to do a female version of the song and have titled it ‘Teri Ban Jaungi’. I really loved the music and the way Tulsi Kumar and Akhil Sachdeva have sung it.”

On collaborating with T-Series and Bhushan Kumar Amruta said, “They are the pioneers in music. I love collaborating with them and being part of such beautiful music.”

Tulsi Kumar is the new ‘Sheher Ki Ladki’

After creating a buzz with her previous songs, Tulsi Kumar has reinvented herself with the recent release ‘Sheher Ki Ladki’ from Khandaani Shafakhana. The 90’s hit track featuring Suniel Shetty and Raveena Tandon, is recreated by Tanishk Bagchi is sung by Tulsi Kumar and Badshah. Giving a modern twist to the song, Tulsi Kumar’s voice gives freshness to the song while Badshah has rendered his voice for the entire song along with his rap. Featuring Diana Penty and Badshah, the song was released last week, and has already gaining love from the audiences and is trending on YouTube since the day it’s launched.  

Tulsi Kumar who is riding high on the success of ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ from the recent massive hit ‘Kabir Singh’ was ecstatic when she got the opportunity to sing Sheher Ki Ladki which needed her to break away and give variations with the vocal quality. Both the songs have added new achievements to her kitty. Both the songs, Tera Ban Jaunga from Kabir Singh and Shehar Ki Ladki from Khandani Shafakhana has become the world’s most viewed videos in the last 24 hours on YouTube. Both the songs have garnered over 80 million views on YT and still counting within no time.

Tulsi says, “Sheher Ki Ladki is an iconic song I have grown up listening to and it's an absolute honor and a huge responsibility to help recreate the magic. Diana and Badshah have done such a fab job in the video.” About her first collaboration with Badshah, who taught her to rap behind-the-scenes, Tulsi says, “Badshah is a powerhouse of talent and a pleasure to work with. We were both asked to understand the vibe of the 90s for this song, and at the same time create a contemporary version using our strengths and I feel Tanishq has struck the right vibe maintaining its old charm and yet offering something new. The bridge of this song is new and there is an excellent rap which Badshah has absolutely aced. This one is really special." 

The singer who is a fan of Raveena Tandon feels honored to have lent vocals for the actress. Tulsi Kumar adds, “Raveena – Suniel had made the song iconic in the 90s, and I am so grateful that in my ode to the 90s with the same song they decided to feature in the video.”

Speaking on receiving so much love, Tulsi, feeling humbled says, “It's a wonderful feeling to get all this love from our fans and music lovers. This is love coming from different parts of the globe. It's a huge honor for me and it’s impossible to achieve such a feat without a strong team effort and the love of my fans. It’s an achievement for the entire team."
