Inspiring Indian Scientist, the highest Civilian award recipient Dr. A. Sivathanu Pillai, Honorary distinguished Professor at ISRO visited Velammal Main School Mugappair campus on 13.09.19, Friday. The eminent scientist interacted with the students who are on a trip to Russian Space Center from 28th September to 6th October, 2019. The inspiring session motivated the science aspirants to formulate a route map and achieve great heights in the field of science and technology. He further added that this trip to Russia will expose them to the real world situation and enhance the holistic growth of the students.
The other guests who took part in this session are Mr. Rogalev Gennady Andreeevich,Vice Consul & Director, Russian Consulate General in South India, Padmashri Sirkazhi G. Sivachidambaram, Mr. R. Muthukumar, Editor and Publisher, Makkal Kural .This session threw light on exploring the skills of the students in Space Science.
