அகாடமி விருதுகளுக்கான (ஆஸ்கார்) வெளிநாட்டு மொழி பிரிவின் கீழ் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட இந்திய திரைப்படம் குறித்த இந்திய திரைப்பட கூட்டமைப்பின் செய்தி குறிப்பு*

2022-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான அகாடமி விருதுகளுக்கான வெளிநாட்டு மொழி பிரிவின் கீழ் இந்திய திரைப்படத்தை தேர்வு செய்யும் இயக்குநர் திரு டி. எஸ். நாகபரணா தலைமையிலான குழு 2022-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான அகாடமி விருதுகளுக்கான வெளிநாட்டு மொழி பிரிவின் கீழ் இந்திய திரைப்படத்தை தேர்வு செய்தது.

பட்டியிலிடப்பட்டிருந்த பல்வேறு படங்களில் இருந்து இந்த குழு 'செலோ ஷோ' (தி லாஸ்ட் ஷோ), திரைப்படத்தை ஒருமனதாக தேர்வு செய்துள்ளது. 

'செலோ ஷோ'வில் உள்ள சிறப்பம்சங்கள் தான் இந்த படத்தை ஒரு மனதாக தேர்வு செய்ய காரணமாக இருந்தது. 

'செலோ ஷோ' என்பது வெளிநாட்டில் பொதுவாக காட்டப்படும் வழக்கமான இந்திய சினிமா போல் இல்லாமல், உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு திரைப்பட ஆர்வலர்களின் உணர்ச்சிகளையும் தொடும் ஒரு திரைப்படமாகும். 

தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தக்கூடிய ஒரு சிறப்பான கதைக்களத்தில், சினிமாத்துவத்துடன், சிறப்பான நடிப்பு, ரம்மியமான காட்சியமைப்பு மற்றும் சிறந்த ஒலி தரத்தில் துல்லியமாக இப்படம் படமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த திரைப்படம் இந்திய சினிமா துறையின் நுணுக்கங்களையும் பாரம்பரியங்களையும் நுட்பமாகவும் உண்மையாகவும் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது.

(Oscar) in the Foreign Language Category On behalf of the Jury Board honoured to select the Indian Oscar entry to the Foreign anguage Category of Academy Awards,2022,operating under the Chairmanship of the esteemed Director Mr.T.S. Nagabarna, we feel proud to select the film entitled 'Chhelo Show' (The Last Show),unanimously from amidst the credible list of other great Indian films reviewed.
