Producers council court news

The civil suits filed against Tamil film producers council were heard today by Hon’ble mr justice kalyanasundaram, the plaintiffs alleged mismanagement and siphoning of funds and sought for an injunction restraining tfpc from conducting the “Ilayaraja 75” event, during the arguments mr VP senguttuvel appearing for mr Krishna Ravindran& Charles Darwin counsel for TFPC informed the court about how all the allegations are based on assumptions and presumptions and produced the original contracts and event details to the court. It was also clarified that the accounts for the previous financial year have been audited and circulated in the last Agm and have also been filed before this court. It was also informed that the prod council office bearers will produce the detailed accounts for the year and the event at the coming Agm planned on 3.3.19 hence now orders are required now. The learned judge has heard both sides and has reserved orders.
