Lakshmi Vilas Bank’s employees pledge a day’s salary to contribute
Rs 68 Lakhs to fight against Covid 19
Around 4000+ employees have contributed Rs.24 lakhs to PM CARES Fund and Rs. 44 lakhs to Tamil Nadu CM’s Public Relief Fund
Lakshmi Vilas Bank, one of Tamil Nadu’s oldest private banks has contributed a total sum of INR 68,15,000/- (Sixty Eight Lakhs Fifteen Thousand only) to PM Cares Fund and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund which has been created to fight against the global coronavirus pandemic. The money has been contributed by the employees of the bank collectively by giving up their one day salary.
Around 4000+ employees have come together at the forefront to fight against the Coronavirus. The contribution to PM CARES Fund & Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund is seen as a collective fight against Covid-19 and support to the Government that is grappling with the virus
