The much-awaited emotional romantic drama Paris Cafe, starring Guru Somasundaram and Anumol in the lead roles, is all set to hit cinemas worldwide on September 18, 2026. The film marks the directorial debut of filmmaker Saraj Seelan and explores love, relationships and the unexpected fractures that can alter the course of a family.

The film’s trailer, released a few weeks ago, has been receiving an encouraging response from audiences. Earlier, Paris Cafe had created a positive buzz with its teaser, which was unveiled by director Sasikumar on June 5, 2026. Offering a glimpse into the film’s world, the teaser heightened curiosity around the story and its characters.

Guru Somasundaram and Anumol portray a seemingly happy couple whose beautiful family life is shaken by an unexpected turn of events. The trailer delves into the emotional turmoil that follows, offering glimpses of relationships tested by circumstances, love challenged by difficult choices and a family struggling to find its way back to one another.

As the title suggests, Paris, France, plays an important role in the narrative. The trailer beautifully captures the picturesque city while complementing the film’s emotionally driven storytelling.
