Emphasising the importance of physical activity especially during this pandemic Velammal conducted 'Dance to stay fit, Zest Zumba' with expert Zumba instructors Ms. Premalatha and Ms.Vanga Mansa.
It was live streamed recently in our YouTube channel Velammal Nexus, which attracted several thousands of viewers.
As a relaxation technique, these Zumba dance workout sessions were so well- designed that students could perform them in small spaces without equipments, which helped them feel better as a stress buster.
