hailing from different parts of the country and world. Asia Kitchen brings to you a new edition of SEAFOOD FESTIVAL – a unique
dine-in experience that promises to be a gastronomic adventure like no other.
A
specialized new menu has been curated by our master chefs. The menu comprises a
multitude of selections of fish, prawns, lobsters and more. From Grilled Fish Cakes, Crispy Squid With Butter And Curry Leaves
& Lobster With Spicy Teriyaki in
Starters to an exciting array of Mains such as Sliced Nile Perch With Chilli Cinnamon Sauce, Prawns With Lemongrass In
Chilli And Basil, Sanpei Lobster In A Clay Pot, Fukien Crabmeat Fried Rice,
Shanghai Seafood Noodles In XO Sauce among many others, it’s a table full
of delica-seas!

diners will be presented with this specialized menu as part of A-la-Carte
