Team India announced for World Final of BMW Golf Cup International 2019.


Mr. Amod Joshi, Mr. V Gautham Reddy and Ms. Sheena Rawla to participate in the prestigious World Final in South Africa.



Gurugram. BMW India has announced the finalists for ‘Team India’ who will participate in the World Final of BMW Golf Cup International 2019. The finalists were chosen after a thrilling national final held at DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram. The trio, Mr. Amod Joshi from Ahmedabad, Mr. V Gautham Reddy from Hyderabad and Ms. Sheena Rawla from Kolkata will proudly represent India at the international level.

India is one of 40 participating countries at the World Final of BMW Golf Cup International 2019 which is a global series with over 1,000 qualifying tournaments involving 100,000 players. The World Final is scheduled to be held in South Africa at Fancourt Golf Resort from March 2-7, 2020.

Over 1,125 golfers participated in 14 tournaments of BMW Golf Cup International 2019 across 11 cities in India – Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Noida, Lucknow, Kolkata and Gurgaon. The winners from these regional tournaments competed in the National Final held in Gurugram.

Many Drives, One Passion: BMW Golf Cup International 2019 edition commences in India.

Chennai hosts the first tournament of the BMW Golf Cup International 2019 edition.

To host 15 tournaments covering 11 cities in India.

Chennai. BMW India held its India edition of the largest amateur golf tournament – The BMW Golf Cup International 2019 in Chennai today. The much-awaited Golf tournament will be held at spectacular golf courses across eleven cities in India.

The BMW Golf Cup International includes over 100,000 amateur golfers from more than 50 countries, playing in more than 800 tournaments on breathtaking golf courses around the world. An exclusive, invitation-only event, the BMW Golf Cup International 2019 is open to golfers who are members of recognised golf clubs in country. The winners of the qualification tournaments from each Indian city qualify to compete at the National Final. The national winners will come together at the BMW Golf Cup International 2019 World Final, which is played at one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world.

BMW India dealers identify amateur golfers amongst BMW owners who would be interested in participating in the tournament. The tournaments is held in accordance with the rules of the respective local golf club.

The BMW Golf Cup International 2018 has three categories, A (for handicaps up to 12), B (for handicaps 13 – 28) and Ladies Category (for handicaps up to 28).
