On 15.09.2018 Maha thejo Mandala sabai took over the management of Pamban Swamigal sannadhi Nilayam replacing HR & CE management   during  the last 33 years.  This replacement is based on judgments of supreme court on 30.11.2017 and madras high court on 14.09.2018 who declared that the organization is Samadhi and not temple. And directed the HR & CE to handover the possession of entire Samadhi preemies and ito management  for  Chennai  

Maha  Tejo Madnal Sabai  then tow judgments are confirmation of earlier judgments  of commissioner of HR & CE, entry council court the  and madras High court.

 Pamban Swamigal is Jeeva Samadhi exists in Thiruvanminyur, Chennai -41 in a vast area of 2 ½ area wahere the mortal remains of swamigal were in termed on 31.05.1979 and lie enshrined after the attained Muk the on 30.05.1929 in north Madras   this entire land is owned by Maha Thejo Madala Sabai  established by Swamigal in  1926. This   divine  incident was inherited  on  the walls of 11th ward of te hospital with names of 5 leading surgeries  & exit even non at the hospital.  This divine incident is celebration as Mayura Vahana Sevana vizha from 1924 till date at His Samadhi  in Thiruvanmiyur by Maha Thejo Mandala Sabai Swamiji  narration this incident in his book “Asokasalavasam”
