ACTOR AADHI’S BILINGUAL FILM CLAP



The team ‘CLAP’ going whelming with vivid and painstaking efforts has successfully completed its first schedule, which actually wraps up 50% of the shooting. This entire phase of filming in Chennai includes major talkie portions shot with the major star-cast of this film.

Sharing the news, producer IB Karthikeyan of Big Print Pictures says, “We are happy to announce that our first schedule of CLAP has been successfully wrapped up. All credit goes to filmmaker Prithvi Aditya, team, Aadhi, Akansha Singh, Krisha Kurup, Nasser sir, Munishkanth sir, Prakash Raj sir, Mime Gopi sir and everyone in the team. Debut filmmakers always have proficiency in narrating unique stories engrossingly, but the real skill is about how they execute them. I am very much elated with the way Prithvi is shaping up this film. I happened to watch some of the footages and it really looked best and I am curiously waiting to see how it turns up as a final product. With this first schedule, we have completed 50% of the shooting that involves major talkie portions. We are commencing the second schedule from first week of September in Hyderabad, which will have the massive athletic drama portions in stadium and songs to be shot in grandeur.”
Speaking about the actors in the film, “It might look like a maximized statement for we are just done with first schedule. However, as far as concerned with performances, these actors are really doing a best job giving immense life to their roles. As a team, we are all waiting to complete the shoot at the earliest and take it forward to the musical magician Isaignani Ilayaraja sir, who is sure to give new life to it.”

Praveen Kumar, whose cinematography was highly appreciated for his recent release ‘Jiivi’, is cranking camera. Ragul (Editor) and Vairabalan (Art) are the other major technicians of CLAP, which is simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu.

With IB Karthikeyan producing this film for Big Print Pictures, P. Prabha Prem, G. Manoj & G. Sri Harsha are co-producing this film.

Actor Aadhi’s ‘Clap’ kick-starts with fast paced shoot






For the next forthcoming days, you’ll find Aadhi drenched in sweat, flexing his muscles and stretching up his joints. Yes, he’s a rigorous athlete now and is all giving an abundant soul to the character for his upcoming film “Clap”, directed by debut filmmaker Prithvi Aditya that comes tagged with an inspiring line ‘The Sound of Success’.

The film produced by I B Karthikeyan of BIG PRINT PICTURES was launched on June 12, 2019 with a simple ritual ceremony and had its commencement of shoot on full swing from yesterday (June 20). The first schedule will be shot in and around the exquisite backdrops of Chennai.  While Aadhi is far-famed for his pertinent perfection of being an athlete, the female lead actors Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup have been greasing their elbows as well.

“We have started our first leg of shooting now and are planning to go on full swing, says director Prithvi Aditya, who continues to smilingly add, “Since, all the artistes have prepared themselves for getting into the skin of characters, I am sure, my job is going to be easy. Aadhi sir is well known for maintaining a stunning physique and is a fitness geek by nature. Akansha Singh is already a well established artiste and I’m eagerly looking forward to witness her Midas-touch to this role. Krisha Kurup had to go through a painstaking phase for past couple of months for the athlete’s role. Maybe, if she had decided to go ahead with furthermore training, there could have been more probabilities for her to skip this film and directly take part in the athletics.”
Having stated about the current scenario of shooting with high spirits, the director is very much excited to have the golden musical notes of Maestro Isaignani Ilayaraja… “The emotions are always at its best enhancements through the musical touch. With our movie “Clap” having it as the main core, we are eagerly awaiting the soulful music from Isaignani Ilayaraja sir, who will compose 5 songs for this film.”



The star-cast also compromises of saliently outstanding actors like Nasser, who will be appearing as antagonist, Munishkanth in a much substantive role with screen time of almost the entire duration of film, Prakash Raj as the pivotal character around whose character, the entire premise is interwoven, Mime Gopi and few more familiar artistes.

Praveen Kumar of upcoming release ‘Jiivi’ and ‘Mannin Maindhargal’ (Star Sports show) is handling cinematography with Ragul as editor and Vairabalan as art director. To be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu,P.Prabha Prem,G.Manoj & G. Sri Harsha have co-produced the film.
