 The “Clap” Team unveils second look on Aadhi’s birthday 

A pure dedication is the apt word to ennoble the team work of ‘Clap’ crew members. They have been vigorously pushing themselves to deliver a finest product on big screens. Starring Aadhi, Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup in lead roles, the film’s post-production work is close on the heels of completion. Meanwhile, the team has unveiled the second look of this film today (December 14, 2019) as it marks the special occasion of Aadhi’s birthday.

Speaking about the current status of the film, producer IB Karthikeyan of Big Print Pictures says, “Over and again, it’s been a delightful journey as a producer. The young and vibrant cast and crew have been pushing the bars beyond their limits. I can see that each and every member are seriously treating this film as their ID card and are giving their heart and soul into it, especially director Prithvi Aditya.  We are at the final stages of post-production work and will be soon making announcements on the film’s audio, trailer and theatrical release. I am so much happy with the way; ‘Clap’ has shaped up. Aadhi has proved his prowess performance with an impeccable dedication. He looks as natural as an athlete. Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup are no different as they have delivered an outstanding job. We as a team are curiously awaiting the final adornment, the re-recording of Maestro Ilayaraja sir, which we believe is going to be a felicitation for our hard work. We are happy to unveil the film’s new look on this special occasion of Aadhi’s birthday.”

Directed by debutant Prithvi Aditya, ‘Clap’ happens to be the first of its kind sports based movie as it is completely about ‘Athletic Sports’. The major portions of this film, which is simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu have been shot in Chennai and Hyderabad. The film’s star-cast holds some of the finest names of our industry that includes Nasser, Prakash Raj, Munishkanth, Mime Gopi and few others. ‘Jiivi’ fame Praveen Kumar (Cinematography), Ragul (Editor) and Vairabalan (Art) form the technical crew.

ACTOR AADHI’S BILINGUAL FILM CLAP



The team ‘CLAP’ going whelming with vivid and painstaking efforts has successfully completed its first schedule, which actually wraps up 50% of the shooting. This entire phase of filming in Chennai includes major talkie portions shot with the major star-cast of this film.

Sharing the news, producer IB Karthikeyan of Big Print Pictures says, “We are happy to announce that our first schedule of CLAP has been successfully wrapped up. All credit goes to filmmaker Prithvi Aditya, team, Aadhi, Akansha Singh, Krisha Kurup, Nasser sir, Munishkanth sir, Prakash Raj sir, Mime Gopi sir and everyone in the team. Debut filmmakers always have proficiency in narrating unique stories engrossingly, but the real skill is about how they execute them. I am very much elated with the way Prithvi is shaping up this film. I happened to watch some of the footages and it really looked best and I am curiously waiting to see how it turns up as a final product. With this first schedule, we have completed 50% of the shooting that involves major talkie portions. We are commencing the second schedule from first week of September in Hyderabad, which will have the massive athletic drama portions in stadium and songs to be shot in grandeur.”
Speaking about the actors in the film, “It might look like a maximized statement for we are just done with first schedule. However, as far as concerned with performances, these actors are really doing a best job giving immense life to their roles. As a team, we are all waiting to complete the shoot at the earliest and take it forward to the musical magician Isaignani Ilayaraja sir, who is sure to give new life to it.”

Praveen Kumar, whose cinematography was highly appreciated for his recent release ‘Jiivi’, is cranking camera. Ragul (Editor) and Vairabalan (Art) are the other major technicians of CLAP, which is simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu.

With IB Karthikeyan producing this film for Big Print Pictures, P. Prabha Prem, G. Manoj & G. Sri Harsha are co-producing this film.

Actor Aadhi’s ‘Clap’ kick-starts with fast paced shoot






For the next forthcoming days, you’ll find Aadhi drenched in sweat, flexing his muscles and stretching up his joints. Yes, he’s a rigorous athlete now and is all giving an abundant soul to the character for his upcoming film “Clap”, directed by debut filmmaker Prithvi Aditya that comes tagged with an inspiring line ‘The Sound of Success’.

The film produced by I B Karthikeyan of BIG PRINT PICTURES was launched on June 12, 2019 with a simple ritual ceremony and had its commencement of shoot on full swing from yesterday (June 20). The first schedule will be shot in and around the exquisite backdrops of Chennai.  While Aadhi is far-famed for his pertinent perfection of being an athlete, the female lead actors Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup have been greasing their elbows as well.

“We have started our first leg of shooting now and are planning to go on full swing, says director Prithvi Aditya, who continues to smilingly add, “Since, all the artistes have prepared themselves for getting into the skin of characters, I am sure, my job is going to be easy. Aadhi sir is well known for maintaining a stunning physique and is a fitness geek by nature. Akansha Singh is already a well established artiste and I’m eagerly looking forward to witness her Midas-touch to this role. Krisha Kurup had to go through a painstaking phase for past couple of months for the athlete’s role. Maybe, if she had decided to go ahead with furthermore training, there could have been more probabilities for her to skip this film and directly take part in the athletics.”
Having stated about the current scenario of shooting with high spirits, the director is very much excited to have the golden musical notes of Maestro Isaignani Ilayaraja… “The emotions are always at its best enhancements through the musical touch. With our movie “Clap” having it as the main core, we are eagerly awaiting the soulful music from Isaignani Ilayaraja sir, who will compose 5 songs for this film.”



The star-cast also compromises of saliently outstanding actors like Nasser, who will be appearing as antagonist, Munishkanth in a much substantive role with screen time of almost the entire duration of film, Prakash Raj as the pivotal character around whose character, the entire premise is interwoven, Mime Gopi and few more familiar artistes.

Praveen Kumar of upcoming release ‘Jiivi’ and ‘Mannin Maindhargal’ (Star Sports show) is handling cinematography with Ragul as editor and Vairabalan as art director. To be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu,P.Prabha Prem,G.Manoj & G. Sri Harsha have co-produced the film.

Priya Bhavani Shankar gets onboard for Atharva's Kuruthi Attam

She’s on the huge spree of bagging the best offers down the line and here’s the new one adding up to the queue. Yes, the much celebrated Priya Bhavani Shankar will be playing the love interest of Atharvaa Murali in his next titled ‘Kuruthi Aattam’. 

While many actresses eventually get signed up for projects for the sake of brand values, filmmakers consistently look up for few, who would make a role complete breathing more life to them. In a delimited way, Priya Bhavani Shankar keeps striding with such roles, which are evident with her choice of movies. 

“It’s completely true and I witnessed it myself during the process of narration. Usually, the actresses at this particular stage of their growth would blindly go for such offers with top league actors, but Priya was an exceptional one,” says filmmaker Sri Ganesh.

He recollects the occasion, where he met her for the narration citing that despite liking the role, she openly expressed her view mentioning that he role could be emphasized with few more substantial. “In fact, this made me so much happy about her involvement about the role and project. Sooner, I redrafted her characterization and she was completely impressed, giving a nod,” sums up our ‘8 Thottakkal’ director. 

Set against the backdrops of Madurai, the film revolves around the raw-rustic lifestyle of gangsters, where Priya Bhavani Shankar will be seen as a teacher. With a prominent league of actors like Radharavi, Radhika Sarathkumar and lots more, the film’s shoot will commence by next week. 

With a dazzling attribute of Yuvan Shankar Raja’s musical score, ‘Kuruthi Aattam’ has already become a sensational pick in Tinsel Town.

Versatile actors get on board for Atharvaa movie

  • Versatile actors Radharavi and Radhika Sarathkumar get onboard for Atharvaa Murali starrer Kuruthi Aattam 

    It looks like Atharvaa Murali starrer Kuruthi Aattam is getting emblazoned with more inclusions of power houses. From the alpha point of its inception, the film has been thronging up with myriad of such personalities of high potentials.
    The latest ones to adorn such an instance are none other than the veteran actors Radharavi and Radhika Sarathkumar. These wizardry actors will be seen playing crucial roles in this raw and rustic action thriller, directed by Sri Ganesh. 

    “This has turned to be a baggage of surprises, bliss and excitements to me,” says filmmaker Sri Ganesh. The critically acclaimed filmmaker of 8 Thottakkal fame feels the glee from the bottom of his heart. He continues to add, “Their inclusion is definitely going to add more attractions to the film. Right from the moment, their characters were crafted, I couldn’t think off any other actors than Radharavi sir and Radhika madam. Nonetheless,  I was quite doubtful whether they would heed to my script and give a nod. But it was a surpassing moment to see them impressed with how their roles were shaped. Much congruously they liked the script so much and expressed their complete interest into the film.We are in the process of finalising the female lead and iam sure that announcement will also create a huge attention to this film”
