மினி ஸ்டுடியோ சார்பில் எஸ்.வினோத்குமார் தயாரிப்பில் ஆதிக் ரவிச்சந்திரன் இயக்கத்தில் உருவாகியுள்ள படம் மார்க் ஆண்டனி. விஷால் கதாநாயகனாக நடிக்க, முக்கிய வேடத்தில் எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யா நடித்துள்ளார். கதாநாயகியாக ரித்து வர்மா மற்றும் சுனில், செல்வராகவன், ரெடின் கிங்ஸ்லி உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்துள்ள இந்த படத்திற்கு ஜி.வி பிரகாஷ் குமார் இசையமைத்துள்ளார். 

இப்படத்தின் டிரைலர் செப்-3ஆம் தேதி வெளியாகிறது. செப்-15ல் இந்தப்படம் வெளியாக உள்ள நிலையில் புரமோஷன் நிகழ்ச்சிகளின் ஒரு பகுதியாக படம் குறித்த சுவாரஸ்யமான தகவல்களை பதிரிகையாளகளிடம் விஷால், எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யா மற்றும் இயக்குநர் ஆதிக் ரவிச்சந்திரன் மூவரும் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டனர்.

நடிகர் விஷால் பேசும்போது, “விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி கொண்டாட்டமாக செப்-15ல்  தமிழ் உள்ளிட்ட தென்னிந்திய மொழிகளிலும் ஹிந்தியில்  செப்டம்பர் 22லும்  இந்த படம் வெளியாக இருக்கிறது. இதில் மார்க், ஆண்டனி என இரண்டு கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளேன். முதல்முறையாக இதில் இரண்டு வேடங்களில் நடித்துள்ளேன். அப்பா கதாபாத்திரத்தில் கேங்ஸ்டர் ஆக  நடித்துள்ளேன். மார்க்கிற்கு ஜோடியாக ரித்து வர்மாவும் ஆண்டனிக்கு ஜோடியாக அபிநயாவும் நடித்துள்ளனர். சயன்ஸ் பிக்சன் டைம் ட்ராவல் படமாக இது உருவாகியுள்ளது. படத்தில்  1970 மற்றும் 1990 காலகட்டங்கள் என மாறிமாறி காட்சிகள் நகரும். ஆனால் பிளாஷ்பேக் போல இல்லாமல் ஒரு காட்சியில் 1975 ஆம் வருடமும் இன்னொரு காட்சியில் 1995 ஆவது வருடமும் என அடுத்தடுத்து  மாறிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும். அதேசமயம் இது ‘ஏ’ சென்டருக்கு மட்டுமல்லாது கடைக்கோடி கிராமத்தில் இருக்கிற ரசிகருக்கும் தெளிவாக புரியும் விதமாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு துவங்கிய முதல் நாளும் படப்பிடிப்பின் கடைசி நாளும் மட்டுமே பகலில் படப்பிடிப்பு நடைபெற்றது.  மீதி அனைத்து நாட்களுமே  இரவு நேர படப்பிடிப்புதான்.. படத்தில் எழுபதுகளில் நடக்கும் கதையில்  பழைய  எல்ஐசி கட்டிடம், டபுள் டெக்கர் பஸ் என பழமையான மெட்ராஸையும்  காட்டியுள்ளோம்.  இதற்காக  செட்  மற்றும்  கிராபிக்ஸ்  பணிகளில் அதிக கவனம்  செலுத்தியுள்ளோம். கிட்டத்தட்ட 3000 கிராபிக்ஸ் காட்சிகள் இதில்  இடம் பெறுகின்றன. அதேபோல 99 சதவீத காட்சிகள் செட்டில் தான் படமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

நான் சிவப்பு மனிதன் படத்தை தொடர்ந்து எட்டு வருடத்திற்கு பிறகு ஜி.வி.பிரகாஷ் என் படத்திற்கு இசையமைத்துள்ளார். ரிலீசுக்கு முன்பாகவே படத்திற்கு தேவையான பலத்தை தனது இசையால் கொடுத்துள்ளார். 

இந்த படத்தை விநாயகர் சதுர்த்திக்கு ரிலீஸ் செய்ய வேண்டும் என ஏற்கனவே திட்டமிட்டு வேலைகளை செய்து வருகிறோம். அந்த வகையில்  நான், எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யா இயக்குனர் ஆதிக்  மற்றும்  விநாயகர்  என நான்கு பிரம்மச்சாரிகள் சேர்ந்து  இந்த படத்தை  விநாயகர் சதுர்த்திக்கு கொண்டு வருகிறோம்.  

கடவுள் விஷயத்தில் ஒருபோதும் விளையாடக் கூடாது. படப்பிடிப்பு நடத்தும்போது அதற்கான நெறிமுறையை கடைபிடித்து செய்ய வேண்டும்.  இந்த படத்தில் கருப்பண்ணசாமி சிலை முன்பாக ஒரு பக்கம் பெண்கள் நடனம்  ஆடிக்கொண்டிருக்க, இன்னொரு பக்கம் சண்டைக்காட்சியும் படமாக்கப்பட்டது.  இந்த படத்திற்காக கருப்பண்ணசாமியின் முகத்தை  பெயிண்டர் வரைந்து முடிக்கும் முன்பே கீழே விழுந்து விட்டார். அதேபோல முதல் நாள், அடுத்த நாள் என படப்பிடிப்பை தொடங்கியதுமே மழை இடைவிடாமல் பெய்ததால் படப்பிடிப்பை ரத்து செய்யவேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்பட்டது.  அதன் பிறகு கருப்பண்ணசாமிக்கு செய்ய வேண்டிய சுருட்டு,  சாராயம், கறிசோறு என படையல் வைத்து அவரை வழிபட்டு விட்டு படப்பிடிப்பை நடத்தினோம்.  

படப்பிடிப்பின் ஐந்தாவது நாளன்று  சாப்பாட்டில் ஒரு ரோமம் கிடக்கிறது என்று    நிர்வாகி வந்து சொன்னபோது எனக்கு ஏற்பட்ட கோபத்தில் என்ன நடந்தது என்றே தெரியவில்லை. ஐந்து நிமிடம் கழித்து உணர்வு வந்தபோது அங்கிருந்த அனைவருமே என்னை வித்தியாசமாக பார்த்தனர். இயக்குனர் ஆதிக்கிடம் கேட்டபோது “அதை விடுங்க.. அந்த நேரத்தில் நீங்க நீங்களாவே இல்லை”  என்று  கூறியபோது எனக்கு  சிலிர்த்தது. சண்டக்கோழி படத்தில் நடித்தபோது ராஜ்கிரண் சாருக்கு கூட அப்படி ஒரு அனுபவம் ஏற்பட்டதை பார்த்துள்ளேன்.    

ஒவ்வொரு படத்திலும் எனக்கு ஒரு அனுபவம் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் 20 வருடம் கழித்து என்னை வியப்பில் ஆழ்த்திய நிகழ்வு இந்த படத்தில் நடந்தது. நானும் நடிகர் சுனிலும் நடிக்கும் ஒரு காட்சியில் எனக்கு ஒரே வார்த்தை வசனம் மட்டும் தான். ஆனால் அவருக்கு நான்கு பக்க வசனம். அதை அவர் கோபம், கெஞ்சல், வருத்தம் ஆக்ரோஷம்  என  வெவ்வேறு விதமான முகபாவங்களுடன் நடித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தபோது என்னை அறியாமல் பிரமித்து போய் விட்டேன். அந்த காட்சி முடிந்ததும் அவரை கட்டிப்பிடித்து பாராட்டினேன். இந்த படத்தில் அவரது நடிப்பு,  பின்னால் நடிக்க வரும் நடிகர்களுக்கு  நிச்சயம் நிறைய விஷயங்களை கற்றுத் தரும். கூத்துப்பட்டறை மூலம் நடிகனாக வந்தவன் என்கிற முறையில் சொல்கிறேன்.  

அதுமட்டுமல்ல எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யாவுக்கும்  ஒவ்வொரு காட்சியிலும்  நன்றாக டெம்போ ஏற்றுங்கள். அவரும்  ஸ்கோர்  பண்ண வேண்டாமா எனக் கூறி அவருக்கான காட்சிகளையும் சுவாரஸ்யப்படுத்தியுள்ளோம். எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யாவுடன் நடிக்கும்போது அவரிடம் இருந்து நிறைய பாடங்களை இலவசமாக கற்றுக்கொண்டேன். நான் கல்லூரியில் படித்த சமயத்தில் ஹாஸ்டல் தேர்தலுக்காக என்னக்கு சீனியரான எஸ்.ஜே.சூர்யாவை  சந்தித்தபோது  பார்த்த அதே கண்பார்வை, இத்தனை வருடங்களில் எத்தனை பிரச்சனைகளை அவர் சந்தித்திருந்தாலும் இப்போதும் அவரிடம் இருந்து மாறவில்லை. நானும் அதுபோல மனவலிமை கொண்டவன் தான்..  ஒரு நடிகருக்கோ நடிகைக்கோ   மனநலம்  என்பது முக்கியம்..  தேவைப்பட்டால்  ஒரு மனநல   மருத்துவரிடம்  சிகிச்சை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.  அதற்காக அவரை  பைத்தியம் என  யாரும் நினைக்கக் கூடாது.

ஆதிக்கின் நிஜமான சினிமா பயணம் வரும் செப்டம்பர் 15ல் இருந்து தான்  துவங்கப் போகிறது. இதற்கு முன் அவர் பண்ணியது எல்லாம்  சினிமாவில் நிலைத்து நிற்க  நடத்திய போராட்டம் மட்டுமே. அனேகமாக ஆதிக்கிற்கு  இந்த வருடம் எப்படியும் திருமணம் முடிந்து விடும் என நினைக்கிறேன்..

படத்தின் ரிலீஸ் தேதியை ஒன்றரை மாதத்திற்கு முன்பே தீர்மானித்து விட்டோம். விளையாட்டு  போட்டி என்று இருந்தால் நிறைய வீரர்கள் இருந்தால் தான் சுவாரசியம். களத்தில் எந்த படம் இறங்கினாலும் போட்டியை   எதிர்கொண்டு தான் ஆக வேண்டும்.  ஹிந்தியில் மட்டும்  ஜவான் படம்  ரிலீஸ் என்பதால்  ஒரு வாரம் தள்ளி  செப்டம்பர் 22-ல் ரிலீஸ் செய்கிறோம். 

விருதுகளில் எனக்கு எப்போதும் உடன்பாடு இருந்தது இல்லை.  எனக்கு விருது கொடுத்தால் கூட அதை பெரிதாக நினைக்க மாட்டேன்.  நடுவர் குழு என பத்து பேர் படம் பார்த்து கருத்து சொல்கிறார்கள் என்றால் அது அவர்கள் கருத்து மட்டும்தான்.. ஒட்டுமொத்த மக்களின் கருத்தல்ல.  நான் இந்த 19 வருடமாக  திரையுலகில் இருக்கிறேன் என்றால் இதுதான் எனக்கு கிடைத்த விருது. ரசிகர்கள் தான் நல்ல நடிகர் யார் என்பதை தீர்மானிக்க வேண்டும். 

லியோ படத்தில் விஜய்யுடன் நடிக்கும்  வாய்ப்பு  தேடி வந்தது.  ஆனால்  நான் ஒரே நேரத்தில் ஒரு படத்தில் மட்டுமே  நடிப்பவன் என்பதால்  என்னால்   லியோ படத்திற்காக கால்சீட் ஒதுக்க முடியவில்லை. அப்போது லோகேஷிடம் நீ அதிர்ஷ்டக்காரன்.. உனக்கு மீண்டும் நல்ல வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்திருக்கிறது  பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்.. நானும் அடுத்ததாக விஜய்யை வைத்து ஒரு படம்  இயக்க தயாராகி வருகிறேன் என்றேன். 

அரசியலுக்கு நேரடியாக வந்து தான் நல்லது செய்ய வேண்டும் என்கிற அவசியம்  இல்லை. அதேசமயம் மக்களிடம் சென்று நியாயமாக கோரிக்கை வைத்து  தேர்தலிலும்  போட்டியிடலாம். ஆனால் அதை நான் விரும்பவில்லை. அதற்காக தேர்தல் குறித்து பயமும் இல்லை.  2006ல் நான் நடிக்க வந்த புதிதில்  நடிகர் ராதாரவி ஒருநாள் என்னை அழைத்து நடிகர் சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக சேர்ந்துவிடு என பணம் கட்டி சேர வைத்தார். ஆனால் பின்னாளில் அவரையே நடிகர் சங்க தேர்தலில் எதிர்த்துப் போட்டியிட்டு அவருடைய நாற்காலியிலேயே அமர்வேன் என்று அப்போது நான் நினைத்துக் கூட பார்க்கவில்லை”  என்றார்

நடிகர் எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யா பேசும்போது, “பேச்சுலர்களாக சேர்ந்து ஒரு பேமிலி படத்தை  எடுத்துள்ளோம். கிளைமாக்ஸ் காட்சியை படமாக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போது நாங்கள் இருவரும் சண்டையிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தோம். எங்களை நோக்கி வேகமாக வந்த லாரி டிரைவர் பிரேக் பிடிக்க தவறிவிட்டார். அதை நான் கவனித்து விட்டேன். விஷால்  அதை கவனிக்கவில்லை.  ஆனால் படக்குழுவினர் இதைக்கண்டு அதிர்ச்சியில் கூச்சலிட்டதால் பயந்துபோன டிரைவர் பிரேக்குக்கு பதிலாக ஆக்சிலேட்டரை மிதித்து இயக்குநர் அமர்ந்திருந்த பக்கம் வண்டியை திருப்பி விட்டார். நல்லவேளையாக அனைவரும் வேறு பக்கம் குதித்து தப்பித்தனர். எல்லோருமே  நடிக்க ஆசைப்பட்டு ஓடிவந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம்..   ஆனால் விஷாலோ நடிப்பை விட்டு  டைரக்ஷன் பக்கம் போக ஆசைப்படுகிறார்” என்றார்.  

இயக்குநர் ஆதிக் பேசும்போது, “நான் பழைய ஆதிக் ரவிச்சந்திரன் அல்ல..  இந்த படத்தில் எஸ்.ஜே சூர்யா பேசுகின்ற “எல்லாத்தையும் மாத்தி மறந்து மாறி வந்திருக்கேன்” என்கிற வசனம் எனக்கே பொருந்துகிற வசனம் தான்.  படத்தில்  மோதலே கிடையாது. ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒரு லட்சியம் இருக்கும்.. அதை அடைய ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும்போது ஏற்படும் சலசலப்பு தான் கதை.  இதில்  மையப்புள்ளியாக ஒரு தொலைபேசி இருக்கிறது. இந்த படப்பிடிப்பில்  விஷால் தனது கதாபாத்திரத்திற்கான மேக்கப்புடன் கேரவனில் இருந்து இறங்கியபோது  கிட்டத்தட்ட அங்கே கூடியிருந்த 500 பேரும் கைதட்டி வரவேற்றபோதே எங்களுக்கு படம் வெற்றி பெறும் என பாதி திருப்தி கிடைத்துவிட்டது. எஸ்.ஜே.சூர்யா நடிக்கும் பெரும்பாலான காட்சிகளில்  விஷால் தன்னை மறந்து  கைதட்டி விடுவார். கேட்டால் அருமையாக இருந்தது இன்னொரு டேக் எடு என்று கூறி விடுவார்” என்றார்.

‘Mark Antony’ produced by S. Vinod Kumar under Mini Studios and directed by Adhik Ravichandran, stars Vishal and SJ Suryah in lead roles. Ritu Varma, Sunil, Selvaraghavan, Redin Kingsley play pivotal roles and the film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar.

Speaking at a press interaction, Actor Vishal said, “This film will be released in South Indian languages including Tamil on September 15 and in Hindi on September 22 to celebrate Vinayaka Chaturthi. I have played two characters namely Mark and Antony in this film. For the first time I have played dual roles. I have played the role of father who is a gangster and Ritu Varma is paired opposite Mark and Abhinaya opposite Antony. It has been developed as a science fiction time travel film. The film alternates between the 1970s and 1990s. But unlike a flashback, the year 1975 in one scene and 1995 in another will keep changing. It has been made in a way that is clearly understandable not only to the city crowd, but also to the fans in the village of Kadakodi”.

“For the portion of the story set in the seventies, we’ve shown old Madras like the old LIC building, double decker bus, etc. For this we paid more attention to the set and graphics work. Almost 3000 graphics are included in it. Similarly, 99 percent of the scenes are shot on the sets”.

GV Prakash has composed the music for me after eight years and has given the required strength to the film with his music even before the release. Also, I get an experience with every film. But after 20 years, an event that surprised me happened in this film. In a scene where actor Sunil and I were acting, I only have one word to deliver. But he has four pages of lines. Whilst he was acting with different facial expressions like anger, pleading, sad and aggression, I was amazed without realizing it. When the scene was over, I hugged him and congratulated him. His performance in this film will surely teach a lot to the actors who will come after him. I am saying it as an actor who came through the ‘koothupattarai’. Apart from that, SJ Suryah also sets a good tempo in every scene. I learned a lot of lessons from SJ Suryah for free when I was acting with him. I met SJ Surya for the first time as my college senior during the hostel selection. No matter how many problems he has faced over the years, he hasn’t changed till date”.

“We decided the release date of the film a month and a half before. If it is a sports competition, it is interesting only if there are many players. Whatever film enters the field, it has to face the competition. ‘Jawan’ is releasing only in Hindi, so we are releasing it in Hindi on September 22 after a week”.

“I had an opportunity to act with Vijay in ‘Leo’. But as I am acting only in one film at a time, I couldn't grab the opportunity for ‘Leo’. Then I told Lokesh, “You are lucky… you have got a good opportunity again use it”. I am also preparing to direct a film with Vijay next”.

Actor SJ Suryah said, “The best part is, we shot a family film together as bachelors. Then, we were shooting a fight sequence for the climax scene. The lorry driver who was speeding towards us stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake. I noticed that. Vishal didn't notice it. But as the crew screamed in shock after seeing this, he turned the vehicle towards the director's seat. Fortunately, everyone escaped by jumping to the other side. Also, everyone wants to act, but Vishal wants to leave acting and go for direction”.

"I am not the old Adhik Ravichandran”, began Director Adhik Ravichandran. “SJ Suryah has this line in this film… "I have forgotten everything and changed my mind"; it applies to me. The story is about the hustle and bustle while running to achieve it, at its centre is a telephone”. 

“When Vishal got down from his caravan with make-up for his character, almost 500 people gathered and applauded and after this we were partially satisfied that the film was going to be a success”.

“Vishal would often forget he was in character and would clap in most of the scenes of SJ Suryah. If asked why he did that, he would say, “It was great, take another take”, said Adhik Ravichandran.

It’s Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s birthday today. Wishing him on the occasion, the makers of his latest flick Ustaad Bhagat Singh have come up with a new poster. Pawan Kalyan’s mass swag can be witnessed in the poster, as the star sports shades and wears a khaki shirt and a galla lungi.

Director Harish Shankar who knows the mass pulse is showing Pawan Kalyan in a never-before mass character as a tough cop in the movie. Pawan Kalyan in the poster is seen holding a bloody sword and there are a batch of people standing behind him. What a treat for fans on this special day.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh is being produced grandly by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. The makers, as earlier announced, will recommence the film’s shoot from the 5th of this month.

The movie features Sreeleela playing the female lead. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad scores the music, while Ayananka Bose cranks the camera. Chota K Prasad is the editor. Stunt director duo Ram-Lakshman choreographs the action sequences.
