Amazon Prime Video has nailed it down perfectly by gifting them with a film that serves as a tailor-made treat for the current situation. Putham Pudhu Kaalai, the first-ever anthology based Originals from Amazon Prime Video, released last night has found an immensely positive response. It’s almost like a virtual red carpet premiere, where celebrities from the film industry have been showering their praises on the film.

Putham Pudhu Kaalai is an anthology film with a collection of 5 short film segments – Sudha Kongara’s Ilamai Idho Idho starring Jayaram,  Oorvasi, Kalidas Jayaram and Kalyani Priyadarshan, Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Avarum Naanum: Avalum Naanum starring MS Bhaskar and Ritu Varma in lead characters, Rajeev Menon’s Reunion featuring Andrea Jeremiah, Guru Charan and Leela Samson, Coffee, Anyone Please? directed by Suhasini Maniratnam, who plays the lead alongside Anu Haasan and Shruthi Haasan. Karthik Subbaraj’s Miracle stars Bobby Simha, Sharath Ravi and Muthukumar in titular roles.
