VELAMMALIAN DESIGNS WORLD'S BIGGEST MOSAIC ART
Master M. Dharshan of Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School,
Mogappair East has painstakingly designed the world's biggest mosaic
art with 955 Rubik's cubes of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy,
Indian physician, educationist, freedom fighter and statesman who served
as the chief minister of West Bengal. The young artist spent 7 hours,
meticulously preparing the portrait that stands 6.5 feet tall and 5.5
feet wide.
The mosaic art was prepared as a tribute to all the doctors who work tirelessly day and night for the safety and wellness of the society, especially during these challenging times.
Taking pride in his tremendous effort, the School congratulates Master Dharshan for this magnanimous feat and fondly remembers all the valiant COVID warriors and their sacrifice on this World Doctors' Day.
