India’s rap sensation Yo Yo Honey Singh recently launched the party anthem, Loca which was loved by all and has over 90 million views on YouTube.

Honey Singh is known to have given a lot of mind-blowing tracks to the industry and now he is back again with a new track called Moscow Suka. The song also features singer Neha Kakkar.

Unlike Loca which was a party anthem, Moscow Suka is a bilingual song and will give the audience a ‘gangsta’ vibe which includes elements of Honey’s past songs and some new ones.

Sharing about this new track, Yo Yo Honey Singh says, “The nation is facing a difficult time and everyone is indoors and I thought of releasing this so that people can listen to this, have a bit of fun and enjoy their homestays. I urge my fans to stay at home and help the authorities to fight this pandemic.”

He further added, “People have given a lot of love for my previous song Loca and I am waiting for Moscow Suka to release to see how my fans respond to this.”

As the song is bilingual, the Russian vocals for the song have been given by singer Ekaterina Sizova. The first poster of Yo Yo Honey Singh’s Moscow Suka has already been launched and the song would be released on 14th April.

 Just two days ago we heard how India’s top music company T-Series was leading in both the non-film songs and film albums list with 5 spots each in the 2019 IFPI Global Music Report. Now comes more good news. One of the label’s top artists, Neha Kakkar has achieved a new milestone in her illustrious career.

The singer who has given the audience some of the greatest songs since the last few years like Kaala Chashma, Main Tera Boyfriend, Dilbar, Aankh Maare, O Saki Saki and the recently released single Jinke Liye among many others has become the second most viewed female artist on YouTube globally, amassing 4.5 billion views in 2019.

The artist who has worked on all these amazing songs in collaboration with T-Series, took to her Instagram account to share this news and said, “Can’t be more thankful!!!! Jai Mata Di Aapki Nehu #NehaKakkar . @youtube @youtubeindia.”

She shares this achievement with some of the most popular female singers across the globe like Selena Gomez, Billie Eilish, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj etc.

Neha has seen an immense fan following the in the last few years. In fact, two years ago she had the distinct honour of being the most followed Indian musician on Instagram.

With the songstress making the audience groove to her vibrant musical notes, we are not surprised she continues to conquer new milestones like these, time and again.

‘The Care Concert’

One of the largest and most awarded private radio networks in India, 93.5 RED FM and the country’s largest music label T-Series, also the world’s largest YouTube Channel have come together to bring to you a brand-new digital initiative ‘The Care Concert’ on 11th April 2020, 6 pm onwards. While everyone is at home during the 21-days-lockdown, both the brands thought of collaborating for an initiative, which helps in raising funds to tackle the current Covid-19 pandemic through the power and sweetness of music. The concert would be streamed on YouTube and Facebook handles of both T-Series and RED FM. Viewers can log in, enjoy the performances with the line-up of 15 plus artists and contribute any amount they wish to the PM CARES Fund through a link provided for the donations.

The Care Concert comprises a stellar line-up with artists such as Yo Yo Honey Singh, Adnan Sami, Neha Kakkar, Tulsi Kumar, Armaan Malik, Amal Malik, Dhvani Bhanushali, Sachet Tandon, Parampara Thakur, Parkriti Kakkar, Palak Mucchal, Jubin Nautiyal, Aditya Narayan, Akhil Sachdeva, Sukriti Kakkar and Amber Vashishtha among others. All these artists will be coming together on digital platforms to perform from their homes, with one voice, asking viewers to donate while they perform for them. RED FM’s RJ Malishka and RJ Raunac will host the show.

featured in Top 10 Independent Non-Film Songs of 2019! 

Dhvani Bhanushali has been creating a storm online with back to back hits like ‘Dilbar from Satyamev Jayate’, ‘Duniya from Luka Chuppi’, ‘Psycho Saiyaan from Saaho’. The young starlet’s singles Vaaste, Leja Re or the recently released Na Jaa Tu have been widely appreciated by the audience as well.

Since a very young age, Dhvani has been adding more and more feathers to her cap but becoming the youth’s favorite due to her soulful voice. She has won many accolades for songs, especially Vaaste which crossed 50 million views on YouTube in just a week after its release.

Divya Khosla Kumar begins shooting for her next song

After sharing the poster of her new song, Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi a few weeks ago, Divya Khosla Kumar will be shooting for the video at Jogeshwari Station today. What makes it a nostalgic moment for the actress-filmmaker is that she began her career in the hit Falguni Pathak song, Aiyo Rama and now she is recreating the magic that was with another one of the singer's popular numbers.

Interestingly, Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, who are directing the Tanishk Bagchi-recreated track, had first spotted and casted Divya for the Falguni number, Aiyo Rama. "Radhikaji and Vinayji had spotted me during my Delhi modeling days and cast me in Aiyo Rama. The song went on to become a chartbuster instantly" says Divya, adding, "Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi is one of my favourite 90s tracks. So, when Radhikaji and Vinayji suggested it as something we can work on, I agreed immediately. It's their idea and I'm very excited about shooting for it."

The recreated version is a single produced by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series, penned by Jaani and sung by Neha Kakkar is completely Radhika and Vinay's concept of how they see Divya, a talented actress, enacting their vision. The actress-filmmaker says, "But as far as the audio goes it’s nowhere similar to the original song; it’s a beautiful recreation, keeping the melody intact, albeit more peppy.” As the video tells a short story, Divya will bring it to life by sporting different avatars. 

Point out to her that those who swear by old songs attribute recreations to a lack of originality, and Divya disagrees. She reasons, "There are several songs from our Hindi music industry which are beautiful. Yet many from today's generation have not had a chance to hear them. Recreation is one such way to introduce them to these songs with a fresh tune and flavor that is very today."

Probe her on what makes her confident that Bhushan Kumar's Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi will be as popular for future generations as the original was, and Divya states, "The original song will always remain popular. Our version will be well accepted because of its melody, contemporary sound, concept, story and re-enactment." 

After filming some portions in Jogeshwari, Divya and the team will move to the heart of the city, South Bombay and also shoot a part in a college campus.

Chamma Chamma magic

Urmila Matondkar’s chartbuster “Chamma Chamma,” from Rajkumar Santoshi’s 1998 film China Gate, is all set to be recreated for the Arshad Warsi-starrer, Fraud Saiyaan. We have the Swedish actress Elli AvrRam who has been roped in to step into Urmila’s shoes.

The song is composed by Tanishk Bagchi and will also feature Arshad and Saurabh Shukla. Romi, Arun and Neha Kakkar have given playback for the song which also features rap by Ikka. The song will be directed and choreographed by Adil Sheikh. Shooting begins today at a Mumbai studio.

Elli who is looking forward to be part of this song said, “I love the song and adore Urmila Matondkar in it. I got really excited when I was called to Tips office for this song. It’s a epic one and I hope I can match Urmilas energy and enigma in the remake."

According to Adil, the song will be desi with a dash of goth. “Elli will be surrounded by a lot of back-up dancers, just like in the original,” he added.

Kumar Taurani of Tips who has the original rights to the song and also have the music for Fraud Saiyaan shares, "Chamma Chamma is an iconic song and we are glad that its recreation just like the originals has received an outstanding and positive response! We are happy that we got an opportunity through Fraud Saiyaan to re-introduce the song to the newer generation and give this experience to the loyal music listeners as well."

Prakash Jha Productions present a Drama King Entertainment production, "Fraud Saniyaan". Produced by Disha Prakash Jha & Kanishk Gangwal, the film is directed by Sourabh Shrivastava, and starring Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla and Sara Loren. It will hit the silver screen on 18th January 2019.

Superstar, Guru Randhawa and break-through singer, Dhvani Bhanushali's Ishare Tere that released in July has crossed 100 Million views on YouTube and we cannot be more thrilled!

After Dilbar, Ishare Tere is Dhvani's second number to cross over 100 Million views. Ishare Tere was produced by Bhushan Kumar and is a perky and romantic number written by Guru himself. It was sung by Guru and Dhvani both. The song, Dilbar from Satyameva Jayate was also sung by Neha Kakkar and Ikka along with Dhvani. The song has 187 Million views by now.
