YEAR OF THE RAT
It’s
that time of the year again and we are ready to ring in the festivities of the
Chinese New Year. 2020 marks the YEAR OF THE RAT. According to the Chinese
zodiac and culture, the pig is symbolic of good fortune in wealth, career and
beaming personality.
Keeping
the notions of the Chinese traditions in mind, Asia Kitchen by Mainland China is
once again to set to host a grand feasting extravaganza celebrating the Chinese
New Year. Through a specialized festive menu, Chef de Cuisine, Rajesh Kumar
Dubey has ensured to bring his expertise into curating some of his authentic
Chinese & Asian favourites.
Starting
with an array of dimsums and starters which include Pan Fried Japanese Mushroom
Dumplings, Matchstick Potato with Truffle Oil, Crispy Bombay Duck with
Sriracha, Crispy Squid with Butter & Curry Leaves and Sizzling Lamb with
Cumin, among many others. The mains boast of a range of new additions like Stir
Fried Haricot Beans, Corn, Water Chestnit & Cottage Cheese in Roasted
Garlic among vegetarian specialities. The Non Veg specials include Chicken in
Celery & Wine, Pomfret in Miso Chilli Sauce, King Prawns in XO Sauce and
more. There are many more options to relish from and just one visit to the
