At maturity, investors will get back their investment proceeds. 100% of the fund’s proceeds are invested in AAA CPSE instruments and State Development Loans. Taxed at 20% post-indexation, this fund will be more tax efficient as compared to traditional avenues.

 

The passively managed debt index scheme yields better returns as compared to other fixed instruments. National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) organized a webinar on “The Role of Country Code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs) in Achieving Universal Acceptance”.

Sh. Anil Kumar Jain, CEO NIXI launched the Webinar by thanking the participants and the panellist. He also emphasized the need for Universal acceptance and NIXI’s key role in achieving it.

NIXI initiated Universal Acceptance (UA) for .in registry, the registry allows all domain operations using an IDN in U-label form since March 2019. The registry has both ASCII and U Label for IDNs in lookups to confirm that translation between two forms is providing to the Registrar so that there is clarity as to what the DNS record would appear like a Registered IDN.

Mr. Sarmad Hussain, Sr. Director IDN & UA Programs, ICANN was the key speaker in the webinar. He explained the role of the ccTLD manager and public sector during his presentation.  Mr. Hussain also discussed the internet reach in achieving local language and the integration of Email Address Internationalization (EAI).

There were more than a hundred participants who attended the webinar, and some participants were from other countries as well.

Dr. Ajay Data, Chair of Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) was also part of the panellist group. He gave his insights regarding the importance of the UA in internet space and also addressed the questions asked by some of the participants.

 Dr. V Mohan supports PETA’s request to Indian Prime Minister to declare Gandhi Jayanthi as National Meat Free Day

Dr. V. Mohan, Founder Chairman & Chief Diabetologist, Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialties Centre and Director at Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF), Chennai stands in support of PETA’s (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) request to Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi to declare Gandhi Jayanthi as National Meat Free Day. This is also based on a study that was recently published by Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF) and The University of Reading in UK which showed how Lower dietary intake of plant protein is associated with a greater genetic risk of diabetes-related traits in Urban Indians. 

 

Commenting on the study, Dr. V Mohan said “The study looked at genetic and environmental factors that caused diabetes. There was a strong association between diet and genetic risk factors. It was found that even those with a high genetic risk of developing diabetes had better controlled plasma glucose levels and HbA1c levels when higher amounts of plant protein were consumed. Conversely, those with the high genetic risk of developing diabetes had high fasting plasma glucose and higher HbA1c levels when they consumed higher amounts of animal protein.”

Further commenting on PETA’s request, Dr. V Mohan added “We often tend to take sources of vegetable protein for granted especially among vegetarians. Consuming a variety of vegetable proteins from legumes and pulses like channa dal, moong dal, rajma and other plant sources can immensely benefit the health of an individual and can also manage and prevent diabetes and even some forms of cancer. Hence, we stand in support of PETA’s request to our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modiji to declare Gandhi Jayanthi as National Meat Free Day”

லேகா தியேட்டர்ஸ் பட நிறுவனம் சார்பில் ராயல் பாபு தயாரிக்கும் இந்த படத்தின் கதாநாயகனாக பிரஜன் நடிக்கிறார். கதாநாயகியாக ஒரு முன்னணி நடிகை நடிக்க, மற்றொரு நாயகியாக புதுமுகம் சினாமிகா அறிமுகமாகிறார். இவர்கள் தவிர முக்கிய வேடத்தில் அப்பா படத்தில் நடித்த யுவலஷ்மி நடிக்கிறார். அவருடன் தோழியாக மூக்குத்தி அம்மன் புகழ் அபிநயஸ்ரீ நடிக்கிறார்.. மற்றும் மனோபாலா, காளி வெங்கட், மதுமிதா, ரஞ்சன்குமார் உட்பட பலர் நடிக்கின்றனர்.

தற்போது இந்த படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு சென்னையில் பூஜையுடன் தொடங்கி நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. பாடல்கள் பாண்டிச்சேரி, கூர்க், இடுக்கி ஆகிய இடங்களில் படமாக்கப்பட இருக்கிறது.
