Passion Studios, known for delivering content-rich entertainers that strike the perfect balance between commercial appeal and critical acclaim, is back with yet another whacky ride: “Rowdy & Co”. The film, produced by Sudhan Sundaram, has unveiled its vibrant title look today, setting the stage for a laughter riot.
Directed by Karthik G Krish, who earlier teamed up with Siddharth for action-packed Takkar, this marks their second collaboration, and promises to be their quirkiest yet. The filmmaker embarked on his directorial journey with fun-filled Rom Com - Kappal.
“Rowdy & Co” takes audiences into a corporate rowdy world, a hilarious fictional setup where, just like food and delivery services, there exists a company that “handles” people based on client requests! Set against the bustling backdrop of Chennai, the film guarantees a high dose of humor and chaos in equal measure.
Shedding light on the significance of the film’s title, director Karthik G Krish says, “The reason behind titling the film as ‘Rowdy & Co’ is because it revolves around a fictional backdrop of a corporate firm for rowdies. It’s an out-and-out fun-filled entertainer.
The film stars Siddharth in the lead, alongside Raashi Khanna as the female lead. The ensemble cast features Sunil, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Prankster Rahul, Vetri Mani, and Charles Vinodh, with ‘Thani Oruvan’ fame Vamsi portraying the antagonist.
Technical crew includes Aravinnd Singh (cinematography), Pradeep E Raghav (editing), Aaruchaamy (art direction), and Revaa composing music with five vibrant tracks. The film’s design is handled by Tuney John.
With shooting wrapped and post-production nearing completion (expected within 15–20 days), “Rowdy & Co” is gearing up for a pan-Indian release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, promising to tickle funny bones across all regions.
