Presenting Adivi Sesh as the young, selfless, brave and much-loved Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the makers of Major revealed the first poster of the film. 

Major traces the journey of the late army officer Sandeep Unnikrishnan who sacrificed his life for the nation in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The intention of this film is to celebrate the life of Major Sandeep. The film depicts scenes that capture the spirit of the way he lived, not just the way he died.

On the death anniversary of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan on 27/11, the makers unveiled the look test image of Adivi Sesh along with a video where the actor revealed his journey of making the film, paying a tribute to the memories of the martyr. 

Major has resumed shoot in August during covid times, shot the film with extreme care and caution, and have finished 70% of the shoot till date. 

Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, a pan India bilingual film, shot in Hindi and Telugu, Major also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi, Murali Sharma in leading roles.

Produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with Mahesh Babu's GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies, Major is slated to release in summer 2021.

Mahindra Electric Mobility Ltd, part of the USD 19.4 billion Mahindra Group, today announced that its lithium-ion battery powered electric 3-wheeler range, the Mahindra Treo, has crossed the 5,000 units sales milestone in India. The country’s switch to EVs is being led by electric three-wheelers as they are economically, environmentally and socially sustainable.

 Commenting on this significant milestone, Mahesh Babu, MD & CEO, Mahindra Electric said, “I would like to thank our customers for choosing and embracing e-mobility in the country. The Mahindra Treo range has crossed a remarkable sales milestone of 5,000 units and is currently being sold in over 400 districts across the country. 

Cumulatively, the Treo has travelled a distance of over 35 Million kms on Indian roads, saving 1,925 metric tonnes of CO₂ tailpipe emissions, equivalent to planting 87,500 trees to absorb the same emissions. Given its low running costs, our Treo customer has been able to save up to ₹ 45,000/ year*. This electric 3-wheeler along with its unique styling, superior handling and top performance makes for a smart first and last mile mobility choice for both drivers and commuters.”

Treo customers have been able to clock up to 265 kilometres in a single day given the ease of charging it anywhere, and with some well-planned charging breaks. The Drive by Wire Technology on the Treo which makes it particularly easy to drive, has enabled access to a customer base of women owners in India.

 The Treo range is powered by advanced Lithium-ion Battery Technology with a life of 1.50 lakh+ kilometres. The new Treo provides best-in-segment performance (maximum power of 8kW, peak torque of 42 Nm). It also has the longest wheelbase in its segment resulting in a very spacious cabin.

You can also climb slopes with ease given the highest gradeablity of 12.7° in the segment. It comes with a standard warranty of 3 years/ 80,000 kms, along with the option of an Extended Warranty of 2 years/ 1,00,000 Kms

Pooja who has been living out of a suitcase for the last few months now continues to work on a choc-o-bloc schedule as she is simultaneously shooting for her 3 big banner projects in Tollywood -Aravinda Sametha with Junior NTR, Maharshi with Mahesh Babu and a multi lingual film with Prabhas (Bahubali fame). 

Not to forget that she also started shooting for the next schedule of Sajid Nadiadwala's popular comedy franchise, Housefull 4 alongside Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Bobby Deol among others. 

While everyone who has worked with Pooja has always praised her professionalism, dedication and hard work , she is going all out to ensure that she keeps to all her commitments despite it being an extremely hectic schedule. 

Pooja is part of 3 of the most anticipated films in South and Bollywood featuring biggest stars. She has been juggling between one film set to another and is getting into and coming out of one character to another.

A source informs, "For Pooja, it's three different films, locations and characters at the same time. Pooja like yesteryear super stars is doing three shifts starting with 6-12 pm NTR's film, 1-7 pm Mahesh's film and 8 pm-1 am Prabhas's film, proving her unending love for the craft and her sincerity!"

While recently she had a day off (19th September) from Housefull, she left on 18th evening for Hyderabad - shot there on 19th and the same evening, she took a flight to Jaipur and then did a 10-hour road trip from Jaipur to Jaisalmer and reported the set of Housefull at 7am on 20th as the call time was 9 am," the source adds.
