Actress Lovelyn Chandrashekar on “House Owner”

Inheriting the ‘Expressive Eyes’ from her mother Viji Chandrashekar, Lovelyn Chandrashekar has now exquisitely carved a niche of excellence with her nuance performance in “House Owner”. While the film’s release is all set to happen tomorrow (June 28), the dusky beauty is being flooded with relentless praises from the special screenings.

“I am in a state of mind wedged between dream and reality. Truly, I am going through an unexplainable joy and excitement now. Especially, the eminent and senior personalities from film industry praising our film land me on seventh heaven. Yes, I could predict few things during the shoot itself that it will get its due credits for the hard work of entire team, but to see such heart-warming response from celebrities and media is something beyond my perceptions. I never imagined that I would be noticed even for minute things like speaking Tamil in Palakkad slang. I owe a lot to Lakshmy mam for being so much supportive as a mentor and bringing the best out of me,” says Lovelyn Chandrashekar.

Furthermore, she adds saying, “If not for the strong characters and gripping narration from Lakshmy mam, such a reception would have not been possible.  Kishore sir, Sriranjani and Kishore have been the main pillars for their performances in one or the other way enhanced my characterization. It’s like these characters are inseparable and that’s the beauty of Lakshmy mam’s writing.”

“House Owner” is bankrolled by Dr. Ramakrishnan for Monkey Creative Labs and AGS Cinemas is releasing the film across Tamil Nadu in major and good number of screens. The preview screening for celebrities and media has fetched wowing reception for the film, which has significantly increased the curiosities upon the film. Ghibran’s BGM and song along with cinematographer Krishnasekhar T.S’ visual poem, extraordinary art work, C.S. Prem Kumar’s edit and Tapas Nayak’s ‘Sound’ that created incredulous naturalness to the tale is sure to get its due credits from audiences.

There’s something really special about actor Kishore. Every time, he wears the greasepaint, he transforms magically into diversified roles winning our appreciations. Be it a positive one or the antagonistic shades, he never misses to be a showstopper and he’s already the cynosure of public glare with his new avatar in “House Owner”, which is scheduled for June 28 release.

It’s obvious that artistes always share a raving appreciation over working with their respective filmmakers in a project, but the citations from Kishore look more emotional.  “Yes, the journey of House Owner happens to be an emotional experience to me. Although, my role in this film is short, I gained and learnt lots of values for it was more like an acting class,” says actor Kishore, who continues to add, “ Lakshmy Ramakrishnan is an extraordinary filmmaker and when I say this, it’s 100% true. Apparently, anyone who has worked with her would accept it. It wasn’t merely about her directorial proficiency, but the way she handled everything on the sets. An independent film like “House Owner” has very little manpower and she was involved in multi-tasking, which was unbelievably surprising. I must admit that today we come across lots of young filmmakers, who are technically brilliant, but lack life experience. Most of them feel more difficult to share their vision and at times, I would ask them perform so that I can follow the same. However, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan has imparted more life into each and every frame. It’s common that as an artiste, one would absolutely feel the emotions of the character they are performing, but I could feel and relate the pain, pathos and love that the character of wife Radha carries (played by Sriranjani) in the film. I am sure; audience will definitely go through the same experiences while watching the movie. Sriranjani has done a wonderful job and as I said, her role carries so much of emotions and she has exhibited it commendably. Both Kishore and Lovelyn are the souls of “House Owner” for they’ve escalated the vision of Lakshmy Ramakrishnan.”

AGS Cinemas takes over Tamil Nadu theatrical release of "House Owner"

 

Amidst  announcements of big projects and star driven films, here comes the news of a surprise collaboration . 

This is all about the industry’s most prestigious AGS Cinemas taking over the Tamilnadu theatrical release  of Lakshmy Ramakrishnan’s ‘House Owner’. 

Director Lakshmy Ramakrishnan says, 

“Usually, these instances are common with big tickets, where the topmost production and distribution houses join hands.  I feel delighted to associate with  AGS Cinemas for the Tamil Nadu theatrical release of our film "House Owner". To see them show interest in ‘House Owner’ was both reassuring and encouraging.
